1 Bedroom Villa / Shared Pool / Seminyak Square
* The pool is open for use from 07:00 am until 11:00 pm daily.
* Only plastic glasses and bottles are allowed to be used at the service area for the pool.
* We do not provide a lifeguard at the pool area. A pool safety fence is also not provided.
* We do not accept prostitutes on the premises.
* Use and possession of any illicit drugs is prohibited.
* No heavy alcohol consumption. Guests who are drunk and disorderly will be asked to vacate the premises.
* Undue noise and playing of loud music is not acceptable between 11:00 pm and 9:00 am.
* As it's a shared space, parties can not be held at the Villas.
* DO NOT throw toilet paper or any other objects in the toilet. There is a bin provided for paper and sanitary disposal. If the toilet becomes clogged, it may not be serviced immediately!
* DO NOT use villa towels to remove makeup, clean shoes or any other objects.
* We do not permit in-room massage services, as WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for missing items or damage/stains to bed sheets from massage oil. There are many spas and salons within walking distance from the Villas.
* DO NOT take villa towels to the beach.
* We ask you to be careful when using candles in the villa. Please ensure they are extinguished before leaving the premises or sleeping.
* We ask you to check the gas is properly extinguished after using the cooktop or oven.
* Please leave veranda night lights on.
* Our room cleaning service starts at 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. Latest time for room cleaning is 4:00 pm.
* If you wish the staff to clean your room while you’re at the pool or while you are still in the Villa, you will need to inform the cleaning staff.
* If you do not wish the staff to clean for the day, please inform the staff, “Room Service Tomorrow”.
* For personal laundry, please give to our room service staff to take to the laundry. It will be returned within one or two days with a separate bill. Please pay to the staff when the laundry is returned.
* WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any missing items or damage incurred at the Laundry Service.
* If staff are not available (at the laundry or shopping for the villas), please use your key for the entrance door and ENSURE you lock it behind you.
* Friends of guests (Outside guests) must be accompanied by the guest, when entering / exiting the Villas.
* Friends of guests (Outside guests) are not permitted to stay overnight or use the shared pool, unless they check in regularly and are accompanied by the guest. They must also provide a copy of passport or their ID to the security staff.
* WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any loss or damage to personal items in the Villas. Guests are fully responsible for their personal items during their stay at the Villas.
* Any damage by guests to fixtures, fittings or inclusions in the Villas or the premises will be charged to the guest.
* WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for personal items which are missing or damaged by Outside guests. The guest will also be held responsible for any missing items or damage to the Villas by Outside guests.
* If arranging tours, appointments, car & bike rentals, please ensure you provide the correct address details. Please also provide them with your personal phone number or social media contact details, so they can communicate directly with you.
* If ordering food from restaurants, please provide the correct address details and ensure you are at the entrance to take delivery. Our staff do not want to be running around to every villa, asking which guest ordered food.
* Pets are not permitted at the Villas.
* Please respect the Rules of the House to maintain our low price and the integrity of the Villas.
