NB: no local visitors are allowed on the premises and any Maghrebin origin couples must show copy of certificate of marriage upon arrival to fulfil legal Moroccan requirements.

COVID 19 MEASURES IMPLEMENTED.
Back in February 2020, although Morocco was not much affected by the pandemic, we identified the risk that COVID19 could generate for both our guests and staff.
We therefore have implemented essential measures:
-rubber gloves (regularly changed) for all our staff on site
-thorough hand washing every hour alongside with use of hydro-alcoholic gel immediately before and after bathroom cleaning, breakfast service.
-masks ( our staff were equipped in February with FFP2 masks and hydro-alcoholic gels) and we have decided to supply to all customers with an allotment of 3 chirurgical masks a day per person. Masks are available in all food stores in Morocco should you feel you need more.
-cleaning: in addition to our usual daily cleaning, we also disinfect daily all surfaces and in addition all the following: door-knobs, light switches, kitchen and utensils and équipement, bed surfaces, keys and key rings, phones, phone chargers, doors and door handles and window frames and windows opening devices, and remote controls. We offer shower gels and shampoos bottles and they are replaced and disinfected with each departures.
