This is a lower level apartment below my main house. Feel free to make use of the outdoor shower and ask for bikes if you want to ride around town. This is not a luxury living suite but a nice clean space to comfortably spend the night with the necessary amenities. Located in Waves with beach access right at the end of the street only a couple minute's walk away. With no one living in the main part of the house from November- April, nor is it open to rent, enjoy a quite getaway.

Evan’s place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Having the options for chairs & bikes was a nice touch and the beach is an easy 5 minute walk down the street. Easy and quaint place to stay for a quick trip to the coast!
