Modern and contemporary, this 42 m2 studio located in a new condominio is a good option if you want to live in a typical Mexican "Barrio" and discover the main places of CDMX. The studio is very well equipped in order to provided a safe and nice space for people to explore the city.

There is no self check-in 24/7. Also, as a reminder, if you flight land after 19:30 pm, please mind that the check-in can't be done after 20:30pm. (evening flight are often late of 1 to 2 hours).

The space
It’s a twin studio in a Condominio: 3 story building, guard at the entrance, elevator. Each studio is independent, they only share a laundry space.
Apartment: Queen bed, kitchen, TV, sofa, table, bathroom, fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine, portable fan, 50 Mb internet wifi.
We provide amenities for a couple of days. (Water, coffee, shampoo, paper, soap...).

San Rafael is a old, historic and popular neighborhood. Located in the middle of the city, the agitation of CDMX didn’t affect the calm and typical Mexican way of living here. The neighbors is great if you want to be close to the main attractions and if you want to dive into mexico way of living. Event if the public transportation can be challenging sometimes for foreigner.
