With a private, full width, south-facing balcony there is a really special view over Westbourne Terrace. The balcony provides ample room for the table and seating for 4 people - Ideal for al-fresco dining or just a lovely way to sip the morning coffee whilst soaking up the sounds of the city.
Entrance is via the grand pillared entrance - The locked front door leads into the clean and carpeted stairway up to the apartment. Another locked door leads into the hallway with doors through to bedroom 1 (with ensuite), bedroom 2, family shower room and Lounge/Kitchen. The apartment has that classical look of a building dating from 1840 with 3.5 metre / 11 ft 6 inch high ceilings and wooden floors throughout. Additionally there is a mezzanine area above the kitchen which is home to the 3rd bedroom with a king size double bed (note, this room has a low ceiling height of 5 feet).
The clean decor with chrome fittings, luxury wooden flooring and beautiful decorative and designer touches like the stainless steel architectural staircase complete this lovingly warm and modern interior.
The apartment can comfortably sleep 5 adults in beds with a maximum of 6 by utilising the pull-out sofa bed. There is also a travel cot which can be used in any of the rooms (linen for the cot can be provided on request).

We personally greet all of our guests at the front door on arrival and aim to meet you again to bid you farewell. You will have 3 numbers for 24/7 help and advice with anything from booking a taxi to finding tickets for the Opera!
Other things to note
The Heathrow Express train will bring you from Heathrow to Paddington in less than 20 minutes and the apartment is only 5 minutes walk from Paddington!
Parties and gatherings are NOT permitted under any circumstances. We do not allow more than 7 people (including children) to be in the house at any time during your stay.
We reserve the right to evict guests who choose to ignore this rule. Any parties will be stopped immediately and all guests will be asked to leave the house. No refund will be given if this happens.
I am sorry if the above sounds harsh but this is the only way we can be absolutely clear on this point and help maintain the very high quality of this amazing apartment.

I love finding hidden gems in London... last weekend we discovered the best falafel wrap from a little stall on Golborne road (close to Portobello Road).. Mouthwatering (and actually not at all un-healthy!).
Whether its an off the wall indie coffee shop with a magical secret blend or a new exhibition at one of the amazing museums, there is just so much going on here it makes it a truly exciting place to be.
We have been hosting holiday-makers from all over the world for more than 5 years now and pride ourselves on the qualty of our homes and of our service (always with a smile and we like to think we are as accommodating as humanly possible).
We live in the same area as all of our properties and are bringing up our 2 children here. We love what we do and the fact that it gives us more time together as a family is a huge bonus.
If I'm not in London, I'm probably in the heart of mid-Wales, getting some mud on my boots and enjoying the lack of traffic and parking meters :)
