Bright, fresh double room, plus own bathroom, in a modern apartment complex. Based in the "Old City" area of Dublin all amenities and entertainment are right on your doorstep. Guests have access to the roof terrace and complex's courtyard.
This is the perfect base for your trip to Dublin.
The room is comfortable and clean and sleeps up to two people.
Guests have their own bathroom, although not ensuite, with a bath/shower unit. Guests also have access to the living room, with comfortable seating and TV and HD Cable and the kitchen to prepare their own food and drinks.
Interaction with Guests
I live in the apartment. I work during the day, but not at weekends so I am in most evenings and weekends and would be delighted with your company if you are in the apartment. I am only too pleased to discuss and suggest what to see and do for your stay in Dublin, and hopefully add a little historical knowledge along the way!
The apartment is located in the "Old City" area of Temple Bar, (the part that is near enough to access the most famous, liveliest, part of town and yet just far enough away to be peaceful!)
The entire city is right on your doorstep. Most of the major attractions in Dublin are within easy walking distance; with Dublin Castle, Christchurch Cathedral, the River Liffey and Dublina only metres away.
As well as all the attractions you are surrounded by hundreds of restaurants and bars to suit every taste and pocket.
Dublin is a great city, with so much to be explored and discovered - and this is your perfect starting point!
The apartment is situated directly at one of the main bus stops for the AirLink bus which serves Dublin Airport.
The two major City Bus Tours have stops directly outside the apartment complex.
All major bus routes either run past or are within easy walking distance of the apartment.
Trams and trains (local and national) are also in walking distance.
And the apartment sits between two Dublin Bike stops where guests can hire bicycles to travel around the city.
Other Things to Note
It is my policy not to accept bookings from people without a profile picture, a defined location and at least 3 Airbnb verifications.
I employ a flexible checking in and out to enable guests come and depart at times most suitable for them - however, this may mean at times the rooms is not always available when a guest arrives and also some guests may be asked to vacate the room earlier than their departure time - but in all cases the apartment will be available to guests.
On booking I will email you precise information about how to get to the apartment and I will be there to met you with the keys and show you around.
This is my home and I welcome guests who respect and take care of my home and my belongings as if they were their own.
. There is no smoking anywhere in the apartment, even through the windows.
. The apartment complex's rules require noise to be kept to a minimum from 22hrs onwards, please respect this in the apartment also.
. No unregistered guests are allowed in the apartment.
. No parties.
