A light, bright and tastefully decorated beach apartment with spectacular views of Chapman's Peak Drive, the bay, the harbour and the Sentinel mountain. Set back from the beach you can hear the crash of waves, enjoy early morning walks, watch the boats and enjoy an end of day sundowner or bbq from the balcony.

A 2 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, trails for hiking and running on your doorstep and on the MyCiti bus route. You can't get a better location than this in Hout Bay.

The space
The 3 bedroom apartment is located on the top floor (two storey with lift) of a secure and sought after block with off street access controlled parking.

Main bedroom is ensuite with access to the balcony. The third bedroom has a TV and can be set up as a twins or a King size bed. There is a further family bathroom with separate bath/shower and separate toilet.

A fully equipped kitchen, TV in the lounge, Wifi and DSTV.

There are fitness/gym facilities next door where you can arrange short term membership.
