Dehlia was very pleasant, friendly and helpful with giving us suggestions on the local restaurants and events that were happening during the weekend stay. We had a wonderful stay at this property, views were beautiful and smell of fresh air was just wonderful, the cottage itself was just perfect very clean and cosy which included NetFlix, WiFi and all the basic kitchen utensils that you needed. It had lots of windows for natural light to come in to the cottage and the natural spring water shower was just amazing. Even though the cottage is situated on the highway it was still very quiet and the vehicles passing by didn't bother us at all. The neighbours were quiet and very friendly they even offered us to visit there barn animals next door. I would definitely recommend this place as it is only 15mins away from Harrison Hot Springs and 10-15mins away from restaurants, golfing, groceries, farmers market and liquor stores etc
The space was perfect for us - well situated for short drives to Harrison, Kilby and some good local walks, and the cottage was really tastefully done and immaculate. Dehlia cleaned the whole place up even though we booked at very short notice, and she gave us a great welcome. Definitely recommended!
Such a lovely little cottage, perfect for a couple or small family. It's right off the highway so it's easy to find (don't follow google maps and just follow Dehlia's directions!). The newly renovated kitchen and bathroom are a nice touch. It is much bigger than in the pictures. We didn't really get to experience the outdoors and the deck too much as the weather was a bit wet. Internet was not an issue for us.
It was amazing... but dew to family problems we had to leave a day earlier but we will be back
sorry to hear that you had to go back early. As far as the internet I found out that recently they have been doing some upgrades in the area and have been losing the signal. They are in the process of moving the main station closer so by early spring we should have better faster service
This was our second time staying here, and definitely not the last as we love it - the place is very nicely done, full of beautiful furniture, art, and assorted niceties. It's perfectly located, just far enough from Vancouver that it feels like you've gone somewhere fun and interesting. The surrounding area is beautiful and full of cool things to see and do, explore the farms, lake, hiking, etc. We'll be back.
