Welcome to the heart of downtown Wichita, KS! Completely remodeled in 2025! Parking curbside out front, on Douglas Ave in front of the private entrance. A gorgeous airy loft with 10’ ceilings and a huge skylight tunnel. Two bedrooms with full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances. Full sized washer and dryer...all supplies provided. Enjoy the private rooftop patio, hop on the free trolly service, The Q, or walk to a plethora of restaurants, bars or attractions

The space
You will love staying here because it’s so close to everything you need to get to, whether it’s for work or play. Only a 10 minute drive to the airport and located within one mile of both major highways, US 400 and I-135. Open floor plan full of natural light, bright colors and a modern feel. Quiet, clean and 1500 square feet of luxurious privacy.
The North bedroom has a Sealy Posturpedic queen bed, access to the rooftop patio, spacious full bathroom and plenty of closet space. Towels and toiletries provided. The South bedroom has two twin beds to comprise a king, full bathroom and closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with full size fridge & ice maker, dishwasher, stove, microwave and toaster. You’ll also find just about any dish or kitchen gadget you might need to cook a meal. Enjoy your complimentary morning coffee...all the fixins’ provided. Relax in the living room with chromecast to a 48” TV. Turn the skylight lights on at night for a peaceful glow. Patio chairs provided to enjoy the beautiful evenings on the rooftop patio. Park on one of many free spaces off Douglas Street. Door is just feet from parking.

Guest access
Guests will enter private entrance through a coded keypad. A new keypad code will be included in the guest package that is sent each individual guest. I am always happy to meet guests for check in if preferred. I will always be available via text, call or email.

Other things to note
Guest can park outside the front door along Douglas Ave. Guests will then enter first locked door, using the Yale keypad on the outside of the door. The code will be included in the check-in packet. Following entry you will walk up a flight of stairs then enter a second door.

You will be in the center of the Douglas Design District of bustling downtown Wichita! There are ample places within walking distance to eat. Several bars, breweries, coffee shops, cocktail lounges, juice bars and Intrust Bank Arena all within a mile or two. There are so many local shops, art galleries, event venues, bakeries, museums, movie theatre, ice skating, ax throwing, gyms, sightseeing destinations, bike paths and parks. You will not be bored!
