About this listing
One of the highest points in Sydney with huge glass windows dominating all of Sydney Harbour and right around to Bondi Beach.
Recently renovated to match the top luxury homes in Sydney. Room for a large family or those that like to entertain.
A stunning 3 story penthouse over-looking Sydney harbour in one of the most desirable areas of town. Only the huge glass windows separate you from the gripping 270 degree views of water, city and sky. One of a kind - I am only the second owner - the first was one of the engineers that built this magnificent art deco mini-skyscraper. The engineer selected the pick of the litter - a huge 3 story 280m2 apartment with equally large roof-top terrace and 2 car garage.
There are views to die for from all of the four double bedrooms. There's a pool, 2 car garage, and easy walk down to the up-market Double Bay shopping/entertainment area. Plus the boats marinas are a hop away as is the supermarket. The apartment comes with an optional yacht berth.
You'll have the top location in Sydney with direct harbour view. 24/24 card key access with full security.

You can walk to the Financial district easily in about 20 minutes or catch a cab for a 5 minute commute. Bondi beach is about 15 minutes away but there are many other beaches much closer. Join the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia - just a short walk down the hill.
No smoking indoors please!
My family has lived in Rome since WWII ended and I was so fortunate as to be able to own properties in Trastevere -- the place every Roman dreams to live. I bought these places for my family and was so sad when I had to move away for work reasons. But allowing visitors to stay in them provides me with a vicarious way to enjoy them and we provide work to many people in the neighbourhood. Romans love tourists, love Americans and having a large place temporarily empty allows us all to pamper guests, have them fall in love with Rome that way we all have and it helps a lot of people make ends meet.
I soon discovered that I really enjoy seeing Rome through the eyes of my guests and really like the interaction with so many people from different places around the world. We're pretty organized as we have the Vreasy guest experience system to help us stay on track and provide every guest with more than just a place to stay.
