-Brand new Memory Foam beds ensure an amazing and hygenic sleep experience.
-Pack n Play, high chair, baby monitor, and baby gate available upon request.
-We welcome -and love- dogs, but beginning 1/1/2021, we must charge $15/night/dog. We’ve had some unfortunate damage to our home that has been repaired. Bummer. Let us know if you’re bringing pups and we will work with you on arrangements.

Our home is "Winding Down." Come here for peace, calm, fun, thinking, creating, and embracing your life and family. The amazing views and great trails serve to make you feel whole every day! Located in Bella Vista on residential Lake Ann, within an easy drive to Downtown Bentonville.

-We are located 1/4 mile from the Back 40 Biking trailhead. Bikers cite it as " out the door."
-Hiking trails within yards of the house. A quarter mile leisurely walk takes you to two lovely waterfalls.
-Cooper Chapel (by famous architect Fay Jones) 3/4 mile.
-12 miles to Crystal Bridges Art Museum, Scott Family Amazeum, and charming Bentonville Square.
-Please note this is a quiet neighborhood and a calm lake. This is a perfect place for "Winding Down."
