  • We had a great experience overall at "Camp Runamuk". The amenities were just as advertised, and the pictures give a good overview of the property... Except they don't quite do justice to the beautiful view from the balconies! The house was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Rob and Tiff were very responsive before we left for our trip, and checked in on us (via email/text) just to make sure we made it there okay. The neighbor hood has a great location to many good restaurants, and is right down the street from a grocery store. The neighbors themselves were very friendly and gave some suggestions for good places to eat. All in all, it was the perfect place, and it made for a perfect trip.

  • What a fantastic place to stay. We loved our 5 nights in Durango at Camp Runamuk, it really felt like home away. Rob and Tiff have thought of everything and we great in communicating before and during our stay. We used the bikes to ride into town, with the kids in a trailer and enjoyed coffee and lunch at Durango's many great cafes. Our little boys loved running to the top balcony to hear the steam train ride through town. We highly recommend this place to anyone, Durango has so much to offer.

  • Excellent! Perfect location. The pictures don't do it justice. The view out of the master suite is wonderful. I felt spoiled staying here.

  • Rob and Tiffany have a cozy condo that was perfect for my family of five. Everyone was able to have his/her own space while still communing in the charming living room/kitchen area. Plus the deck with the view couldn't be beat! R + T were also dependable and kind, the ideal "hosts" for our visit. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

  • Our stay at Camp Runamuk was delightful. The house was beautifully furnished and well appointed with everything we could possibly need.
The location was perfect, walking distance from the supermarket, with easy access via a free shuttle into town, and only 20 mins from the slopes.
Wonderful snow but we are keen to return for the summer :)

  • Camp Runamuck was a comfortable and perfectly situated unit for our family gathering. Not only did it have a beautiful view, it was located very close to the running/walking trail along the river and at the base of a mountain for great hiking. There was plenty of comfy seating when our 6 family members gathered around the large TV to watch the end of the Wimbledon matches. The downtown was easily accessible by car and the market was just down the block for groceries, and the kitchen completely outfitted for cooking. We enjoyed our stay very much!

  • Rob and Tiff's place far exceeded our expectations. It was a beautiful, clean home and very spacious. I loved sitting on the top deck and reading. They thought of everything from maps and restaurant suggestions to points of interest. The price was reasonable. They are so organized and communicative. The view from their place is outstanding and the town of Durango had so much to do. We hiked and biked, took long walks, went to the recreation center, went tubing and rafting, took the trolley downtown and shopped, drove up to Silverton for a day, hit the farmers market, and we were even lucky enough to see an amazing car show downtown. The people there were so friendly and we all decided we didn't want to go home and hope to come back next year. One of our rafting guides suggested we try eating a texas taco with cherry chipotle at "The Serious Texas BBQ"... it was fabulous. Rob and Tiff's neighbor was also very friendly and a great help. He suggested "Randy's" for a nicer meal and it also was fabulous. The best vacation spot we have been on so far.

We have lots of places that we still want to go, and like to swap our place with others. Some places we would like to visit include Oregon, Washington (Seattle), Arizona, Utah, New York City, California, etc.
