Steps away from coffee shops, the movie theatre, government offices, churchs, shopping, restaurants, pubs, grocery store, pharmacy, medical clinic, dentist offices, banks, farmers market, playgrounds.....and the liquor store.

This property is a triplex. It consists of two units on the lower level, one unit on the upper level. There are a few stairs (up or down) to each unit.

Lower level units are one bedroom, suitable for 2 people, with a kitchen and bathroom. They have two shared entrances/exits.
Upped level unit has 3 bedrooms, suitable for 6 Adults...there is a large kitchen, one main bathroom and one ensuite. One bedroom has a double bed for 2, the other bedrooms are equipped with 2 twins to be used seperatly or together as a king size bed for families. (When travelling in Europe we loved the flexibility 2 twins/king gave us as a cosleeping family). We also have a single cot that can be set up in the main living area for an addition person/per night charge.

The upper unit has two entrances/exits. One shared, one private.

Each unit has access to wifi & cable. There is off-street parking for one vehicle per unit. There is shared laundry **available to guests upon request.

No smoking indoors, but we've provided ashtrays for your use outdoors.
No parties or large groups without host approval.
No midnight dancing! (This house has hard surface floors upstairs and would be a squeaky nightmare for those sleeping below)
