Independent apartment with 2 bedrooms in the old country village near the sea, simple, well-appointed room with fireplace, bright and unrestricted access to the garden.
Amazing house in the little village of Milis.
The house has a kitchenette, living room with fire place, 2 bedrooms: 1 with double size bed, and one with two small beds.
Nearby you can explores all the amazing views Sardinia can offer: touristic sites, particular beaches, archeological sites, waterfalls, beautiful country, good food, great Nature.
In the kitchen you could also find one of my delicious jams!
In the village you'll find shops and also there's the possibility of buying groceries directly from the producers.
I suggest you to come here with a car (parking available), otherwise the bus stop is next to the house, and you can reach Oristano, and then from there go to other places, for example the beach.
You enter through a door together and then you can reach the independent apartment.
We have a pretty courtyard garden which is accessed from the main entrance, where there are tables and chairs.
This outdoor area is common to all guests
Interaction with Guests
I live in the apartment in front of the same building.
You can contact me for any need.
I will gladly recommend places to visit, I will explain in the streets, where to shop, or anything else can make your experience even more enjoyable.
The old village Milis is small and quiet.
There are water fountains very good, you walk in and there are no traffic lights or parking problems.
The people are friendly and jovial, you can find fruit vegetables cheese and other products directly from the producers.
The bus stop is just below the house.
You can reach Oristano where there is the train station and the main beaches.
However, I recommend having a car to move independently and reach, discover and enjoy the beauties of this area would not otherwise reach.
From Cagliari take the train and arrive in 1 hour in Oristano where I will be pleased to welcome you.
By car, take the SS 131 towards Sassari and after about 1 hour you come out to Tramatza-MILIS, following the signs after 6 km you will reach Milis.
From Alghero, take a bus and in 1 hour and a half you get to Oristano, by car go towards Sassari and without entering the city, take the SS 131 towards Cagliari. After about 1 hour exit to BAULADU_MILIS and follow the signs after 6 kn you get to Milis.
From Olbia bus takes 2 hours to Oristano, in the car, take the SS 131 towards Nuoro Cagliari and about 2 hours after you exit to Bauladu-Milis. Following the signs you get to Milis after 6 km

I loved this apartment for the high ceilings and the space! Not to mention the gorgeous views from the living room. Great location if you have a car as you can get up North or South very quickly to explore the Island. Milis has a lovely square and local shops and bars for you to enjoy and isn't far from the great San Giovanni beaches. Michela was an amazing host and very generous with the fruit and veg garden. A fresh egg in the morning was definitely a highlight of my stay :-) Can't recommend this experience enough. Thanks for making us feel welcome x
We had a very relaxing stay in Michela's place. It's a well set up apartment. The fruit from their garden was a treat. Milis is a very very quiet village, but just a short drive to amazing beaches and some wild countryside. Buy groceries whenever you can and keep an eye out for open restaurants, as things seem to close at random (e.g. every grocer in town seems to take Wednesday evening off).
Michela is a really nice host who was always receptive and cheerful when communicating with us via text, call or in person.
Michela was really flexible with our arrival time on Saturday evening and during our two nights stay was always available to help us out if/when needed.
The place is well equipped with everything you might need - including a washing machine. The kitchen also had the basic ingredients you might need for cooking (milk, butter, sugar, cereal, olive oil, salt, fruits) which came very handy.
The place is located in a very quiet town. On Sunday everything is closed and I really wanted to buy some eggs, it was lovely that Michela said we could take an egg the chicken in the garden had laid.
Michela was erg vriendelijk en deed er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken.
De B&B was in 1 woord geweldig. De slaapkamer was ruim, de badkamer (met wasmachine !) en de keuken waren prima. Alles was schoon.
