Gorgeous lake and pool view suite at Sunset Waterfront Resort in Kelowna BC. Stay downtown and enjoy the freedom of exploring on foot. This condo can sleep a max of 6 with 4 being adults. Infants count as number of persons allowed.

The space

7th Floor suite 703 at Sunset Waterfront Resort, this condo has beautiful views, great location downtown waterfront, great building.

Sleeps 6 with a family and with a max of 4 being adults. (Max 4 adults in unit)

Please note that sometimes this site won't calculate as desired, 4 night stays are min during the summer unless the schedule has short gaps of 5 nights or less. You must also arrive or depart on a checkin or check out day. Please ask first with an inquiry.

6 night stays will be calculated higher, we will adjust manually to the rate of $1700 for a 6 night stay. Shorter stays will be as calculated. Taxes are included in this price.

Cleaning fee of $130 is added to rent.
Min stay is 4 nights, shorter stays may be accepted based on scheduling dates. We reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.

Min 2 night stay during low season, also based on whether its a good fit with our calendar scheduling. Please ask.

Cancellation is strict however if we are able to re-rent we will refund you the difference less a $300 re-booking fee.

Shorter stays of 4 nights only accepted if schedule has gaps or if we can attach to another booking, we'll consider. Please ask us!
Off-season starting Oct thru May is only available monthly for a term at $1600, or one month booking only 14 days in advance. Any 30 day period considered. Off-season is flexible please ask.

Stephanie was a great host. My wife, dad, daughter and I spend a few days there during our trip to drop my daughter off at UBCO. Stephanie was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home was beautiful with an amazing view of the lake. But even better is how centrally located the home is. It is right next to the beach on the lake and just outside of the downtown. A short 5 minute walk to downtown but still quite and relaxing. The secure parking was also a nice added bonus. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. Not only was the check-in (and check-out) experience very easy and efficient, but Stephanie was lovely and very welcoming. The apartment is in a great location and was incredibly clean and well stocked. Exceeded our expectations. Very highly recommend!

Stephanie 's place was perfect for our family of 5. The location was great. Stephanie's place was within a 15 minute walk of downtown and many restaurants. There are two beautiful pools. The view was beautiful. A family friendly beach is a few minutes away.

We were very happy with the unit, it is in a great location for lots of activities and walking distance to the lake. Boat rentals, tours, parasailing, plane tours, etc. are all based close enough so you don't even have to drive and park, just walk from the unit. The building has a indoor pool which is a foot or two shallower than the outdoor pool- we found this one better to play in with young kids so they could stand up above the water. Just keep in mind the second room is a den, not an actual bedroom (no window or A/C vent). The den didn't get too hot if you leave the doors open overnight.
