In my very humble opinion, my apartment is cheerful, warm and inviting. I have worked hard to ensure that it offers modern comfort and that it gives off a stylish vibe. The white decor provides an additional edge. It is for these reasons that I request my guests to treat my place not like a hotel room, but like their home away from home. It is also for these reasons that I ask guests to abide by a few simple principles:
1) No feet on the furniture.
2) All windows and doors should be closed and locked when you leave the apartment; shutters should be closed as well if you're spending the night out/away.
3) I will leave some start up provisions in the kitchen for guests, including water, cereal, milk, coffee, etc, but the other items in my pantry are off limits, please.
4) If you damage or break something, please alert me as soon as you can.
5) Please try to keep the place tidy. Depending on the length of your stay, if we agree ahead of time, my cleaning lady may come in during your visit to freshen things up.
6) I have severe allergies and asthma. Therefore, my apartment is a no-smoking zone. This includes the terraces. Please no smoking anywhere on the property.
7) My neighbours are very reserved people. Guests are thus asked to keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb them.
8) While I want you to feel at home and enjoy, please be gentle on my place...it's beautiful and I'd like to keep it that way.
Cassandra was such a lovely host, she made us feel most as home as much as possible. Was there for us if we had any question.
We have been welcomed by her housemaid, which received us upon arrival, Introduced the house and left us our keys, For our disposal we could fine there some nice lavazza coffee bag, Cereals, Cookies, Milk, and more....
But don't be mistaken, the main highlight here is the location!!!
Location, location and yet again location!!!
You are at the pantheon at the heart of Rome, At a Short Walk from anywhere you'd like to explore.
Didn't have to take a bus/metro even once during our whole stay in Rome.
I do recommend Sant'Eustachio il Caffe, one of the better coffee in rome at 3 mins walk from the appartment.
The room has little bit of a low ceiling, so if you're tall this can be a little bothersome, but you might be mostly out if you're in Rome.
Mostly there to sleep only.
Anyway you can't be mistaken if you take this place.
My 13 yr old son and I had a wonderful stay in this truly amazing appartment in the centre of Rome, so close to the lively plazza of the Pantheon :-) and many other attractions. Cassandra was a lovely hostess attentive to our needs, giving us lots of advice for newcomers to Rome. In addition, our room was silent and we slept very well. Definately will try to stay with her for my next visit!
Cassandra is super cool and her place is pretty nice. Central, convinient and quiet.
Gorgeous apartment in a fabulous area. Lots of places to eat nearby. Cassandra was a wonderful host and gave us plenty of information on the area. We felt very much at home away from home and she provides all the basics you need when travelling internationally.
Cassandra's place was the best airbnb experience during our 3 week trip in Europe. Her place is absolutely beautiful, clean and airy. It's conveniently located in the center of action (halfway between the Vatican and Colosseum. Cassandra was also an extremely wonderful host and we thoroughly enjoyed the conversations together. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised that she had left us milk, water, cookies and cereal. She also emailed us in advance with a long list of suggestions for nearby restaurants, bakeries, etc. I would definitely recommend her place to all my friends!
If you have the opportunity to be in Rome, look no further than Cassandra. You can't get better then this guest room and location! An absolutely amazing guest room within steps to the Pantheon and a short walk to the Trevi Fountain. Unfortunately we were unable to meet Cassandra, as she was away on business. However our communication before and during our stay was efficient setting up an easy meeting with Diana for the key exchange.
We had the most amazing stay in the absolute center of Rome. The location is magnificent. The facilities are great and we felt more than welcome even though we never got to meet Cassandra in person. We were greeted by a very nice cleaninglady - that even if she could not speek ANY english was very helpfull and we managed to understand everything anyway. Cassandra took the time to check in by mail, to see how we were doing. We took the bus from the Grand Central station (10 min) and it was very easy, but if one is not familiar or like the busses it is possible to walk (40 min). During the days we spend in Rome we walked to everything and it is so well located - but still quiet at night. We will recommend this to everyone and we would never stay anywhere else if we go back to Rome another time. +++++

I love to travel! But after my globetrotting, I always exhale when I return to the Eternal City, my adopted home. And I look forward to having a chance to welcome you to my apartment in the heart of Rome so that you, too, can enjoy all that this wonderful destination has to offer.
