This is a warm and inviting apartment in the best East Austin location. Surrounded by trendy bars and restaurants, and a short 5 minute walk to downtown. This apartment is right in the action!
*Please note before booking that this apartment is in a quirky semi-updated turn of the century building*. It's a bit rough around the edges, but if you love a funky, bohemian, cleverly decorated and cozy space then this apartment is for you.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a bold color palate and plush full size bed. The other bedroom has a muted color palate and a firmer full size bed. The living room now also has a twin sized daybed.
The shelves are loaded with books and games in case you want to have a night in, and there's a cozy electric fireplace.
I've stocked the place with coffee and tea and cream. The most awesome Whole Foods in the nation is located on W. 6th St. a nice stroll through downtown away.
I prefer a two night minimum stay, but if you only want to stay for one night - message me and we can work something out.

We did not meet our host, but she was very helpful via email. The apartment was in a great location, close to great bars and restaurants. The only time it was a little noisy was early in the morning when the traffic on E. 6th Street was heavy.
The air conditioning worked very well and the apartment was clean and well equipped. The shower pressure was great although the drain and faucets could do with some repair.
Alexandria gave us great recommendations for restaurants and bars. It is a 15 minute walk downtown to 6th Street.
I would definitely stay here again. For the price it's definitely worth it. If you like a slightly funky, artsy neighborhood and accommodation, this is the place for you.
Alexandria was very kind and accommodating during our stay. We texted her a few times with questions and she always responded promptly. We tried some of her recommendations and we played the her Spanish Scrabble game one night, very challenging! I forgot my sweater at the apartment and Alexandria has been kind enough to organize a way for me to pick it up before I leave Austin.
The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. Like many others have said, the bar below really isn't that loud, although people on the street can be at times. Earplugs helped. It was also easy for us to walk to W. 6th and various other districts of downtown.
Great apartment! Really clean, super comfortable beds and a great location for walking to dinner and bars on 6th street. The apartment had everything we needed including coffee, hair dryer, shampoo and towels.
The apartment can be a little noisy since its right on the street, but its nothing you can't sleep through. Overall cosy apartment and a great location.
The best part about this apartment was the location - close to everything. Alexandria was available whenever via text whenever we had questions. Beds were comfortable - plenty of linens. Even though the shower was small, the water temperature and pressure was great.
The place was close to downtown, and it was easy to grab a Lyft/Uber if you want more after you've explored he cool neighborhood spots (Takoba is my fave).
Quaint & quirky space as described, thankful for the window AC units to circulate the air! We never met but I had all I needed at the apt. The door can be tricky but it's just part of the charm ;-)
Very nice and charming apartment in a great and authentic neighborhood and only a short walk away from convention center. Alexandria was a perfect host, helpful and supportive, we intend to return next year for sxsw.
