Spacious 2B/2B, w/ SAUNA, STEAM SHOWER, RETRO ARCADE with 3000 games ALL INSIDE UNIT. 24hr gym, Outdoor Pool, Rooftop Tennis and RESERVED PARKING INCLUDED! Most ATL City Attractions and NIGHTLIFE within a 4 mile radius. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND, HAVE A GATHERING AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!

The space
Unfortunately the pool is closed because the city has not come to inspect the pool

All of my guests need to be 21 and confirm that they have read the house rules and notify me of my any guests and provide a picture of their ID

If you trespass and go to the pool anyway there will be a $500 fine
We DO NOT host Parties or GATHERINGS HERE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DINNER PARTIES, BIRTHDAY PARTIES, TUPPERWARE PARTIES, ETC

Auburn Gardens has Latest Technology FAR INFRARED SAUNA seats 3 people comfortably and is private access inside the condominium apartment. Digital STEAM SHOWER in Master Bath. This 1120 sq foot Condo is on the 4th floor. 10 foot high ceilings. Beautiful City Skyline Views from all windows AND private deck. 2 Elevators. Private Balcony (you ARE WELCOME to smoke on the balcony). Restaurants on main level. Our goal is for guests to use this space to relax and enjoy the amenities and nearby city offerings.

Property has 1 camera located at the front door and pointed at the entrance of the condo. The camera will be recording during reservation
All Entry and Exit

There is RECORDED DIGITAL VIDEO surveillance upon entry and exit (ONLY OUTSIDE THE DOOR, NOT INSIDE THE UNIT) so if you try to have a party anyway I will know.

If you’re looking for a quiet spot this Airbnb is not it especially on the weekends
This is a condo in the heart of the city next to GSU
It’s a double historic district but it’s also in a party district so clubs around here are open as late as 6am

The Entire apartment, 24 hour key fob access gym, Outdoor pool (Seasonal), Full Kitchen. Infrared Sauna. Master suite has private bath, Steam shower. The Steam Shower is an enclosed shower with Steam generator and sliding glass doors. It's basically a Steam Room and Shower all-in-one with LED lights and mirrored walls! Secure Wifi. Cable TV with 300 watt Bluetooth sound bar, Netflix, another Bluetooth system in Master Bedroom.

The building has an attached garage . The Airbnb comes with ONE reserved parking space. You will need to use a key fob to enter the building and parking structure and exit the staircase. I will provide the fob at check in, and receive it from you at check out. You can Smoke on the Balcony no problem! NO SMOKING INSIDE OF UNIT OR SAUNA or you will be charged extra!!! If you need additional reserved parking, ask me.

Neighborhood highlights

This is a fun, laid back, non-pretentious neighborhood.
LOTS of college kids

There’s a place to buy food and groceries two blocks away called The Municipal Market and a Publix one mile away down the street on Piedmont
New Electric Street Car on block stops at GA Aquarium, Mercedes Benz Stadium, World of Coke, College Football Hall of Fame, CNN, Phillips Arena (Hawks). GSU campus, MLK Memorial. Amazing night life on Edgewood/Old 4th Ward, New ATL Beltline, Sweet Auburn Market, Apex Museum, Escape Room AND MORE all within 1 - 6 blocks. If you look a the pictures I put information about how far each activity is located from the AirBnB

There are a lot of GA State University College students in the building and in the area as we are 2 block from the campus center. The students are very nice and respectful in general. There are MANY nightclubs in walking distance, including 2 across the street. The apartment has double pane insulated metal windows. The building is solid concrete, built in 2007 and is quiet inside the unit.
