The crowning jewel of this property is its 7 outdoor patios situated throughout enhancing the stunning views from every room and seamlessly blending the beautifully landscaped grounds with luxurious indoor living.
The space
This "Villa by the Sea" offers breathtaking views over the expansive Pacific Ocean and the charming La Jolla Village. This is a truly private oasis perched on a lush hillside surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds. With a European vibe and modern flair this residence provides a perfect luxurious getaway for family and friends. All furniture is brand new, this was just re-decorated! The crowning jewel of this property is its 7 outdoor patios that are situated throughout the home enhancing the stunning views from every room and seamlessly blending the beautifully landscaped grounds with luxurious indoor living. There are gorgeous hardwood floors, high ceilings withcrown molding, and every room is filled with light flooding in from large windows and sliding glass doors.
This smart home features 3 separate temperature-controlled wine cellars adjacent to a gourmet chef's kitchen with quartz topped counters and island with seating for two. The Viking range has 6 burners, 2 ovens plus griddle and there is a large side-by-side Viking refrigerator, and microwave. The nearby butler's pantry offers additional storage space and there is a convenient guest bath just off the kitchen. Enjoy the expansive dining room that provides seating for up to 8 seated guests, or opt for al fresco dining from one 3 stunning view terraces found on this level of the home. The largest of these view patios opens off the dining room and provides a cozy space for outdoor dining for a larger group. There is a rustic style serving table ideal for a buffet and the patio table has room for 6.
After dinner sit back and enjoy a movie in the open living area with its huge flat screen, media center, multi-zoned surround sound, stunning fireplace with hearth seating, and wall to wall bookcases. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, all opening directly onto their own terraces, At the top of the stairs and occupying an entire room of the home is the master bedroom. Light streams into this gorgeous room and you are surrounded by ocean views. There is a king-sized bed with luxurious linens, side tables with lighting, a torchere for mood lighting, a storage bench and easy chair and a huge flat screen. The master bathroom has a large sunken Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, WC and double vanities and sinks. Enjoy a very private and soothing bathing experience while surrounded by gorgeous ocean views. A highlight of this expansive room is the two-sided modern fireplace that can be viewed from both the bathroom and bedroom. A huge, well-appointed walk-in closet and chest of drawers are just off the bedroom. Perhaps the best panoramas in the home can be found in these rooms and their two decks. Off the bathroom is a high-top table and two stools while the second deck of the bedroom has two very comfy wicker chairs, two ottomans and a coffee table with lantern.
The two downstairs bedrooms are spacious, charming and light-filled. One bedroom has a king sized bed with luxurious linens, easy chair, padded storage bench, bedside tables with reading lamps and 2 cabinets for folded items. This room has a full bath. there is a storage closet suitable for bulky items and a second good-sized clothing closet. There is a flat screened TV and charming Dutch doors open onto a private seating area for two with table and umbrella. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with luxurious linens, an easy chair, a chest of drawers and bedside table with drawers and reading light. There is a roomy closet with mirrored doors and a bathroom with shower and large window offering good ventilation. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV and a Dutch door opening onto its own private patio with seating area.
If you're a moderate walker it's an easy walk into the charming village of La Jolla for casual and gourmet dining as well as exploring the nearby shopping areas and enjoying closeup views of the Pacific Ocean and La Jolla Cove. There is so much to see and do in this coastal paradise but you may never want to leave this stunning home and its gorgeous ocean views.

OUT OF RESPECT for our neighbors we require all guests to observe Quiet Hours from 10pm - 9am. Parties and/or Gatherings are not allowed at any time. If there is a Party and/or Gathering, your deposit will be forfeited.
CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: A starter supply of expendable supplies is provided; please bring additional if you feel this will not be adequate. Basic cleaning supplies are stocked in case you might need to do any of your own cleaning during your stay.
DEPARTURE CLEANING: 1) Place soiled towels in the bathtub. 2) All dirty dishes should be washed or loaded into the dishwasher. 3) All household trash and recycling should be properly bagged up so as to avoid spillage/leakage, and deposited in the proper refuse containers provided. Please do your best to help us recycle.
SMOKING is not permitted in this Property. If there is any tobacco smell in the unit after your departure, there will be a minimum $250 charge.
