If you wish to find a shelter from the hustle and bustle of city life this is the place you want to be. I renovated this house a couple of years ago and made it my little nest when I come back home from Paris, where I live. You will be surrounded by peaceful hills and you will soon find out that Castel di Fiori is a timeless hamlet (this house used to be one of the towers!). It's a haven of peace ideally located to explore Umbria and Tuscany. I would love to hear from you! Warm regards, Silvia

The space
My place is not a hotel, it's a cozy and lively place where you can feel at home, and I will do my best to help you having a wonderful experience. This is the right place for people who love the beauty of silence, nature, art and history. You will enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the terrace and watching the lovely garden and the colorful hills around you. You can go hiking or swimming in the natural pools nearby. Hot springs are also pretty close.

Where you’ll be

Castel di Fiori, Umbria, Italy

The hamlet is peaceful and clean. Guests are expected to respect this atmosphere and the neighborhood. Parking available outside the village.
I will be more than happy to give you ideas about things to visit or what to do - for the time being here's my pick. Places: Citta della Pieve, Orvieto, Val d 'Orcia, Perugia, Montefalco, Assisi, Sibillini mountains, Cortona, Trasimeno lake. Interesting events are: Umbria Jazz (winter edition in Orvieto and summer edition in Perugia), Corsa dei Ceri in Gubbio, Infiorata in Spello, Fiorita in Castelluccio di Norcia. During spring and summer the funniest thing is the "Sagre": almost every village has a traditional fair. I have of course my selection of Sagre...but only for highly motivated adventurers!

During your stay

I would like to be in touch with my guests prior to their arrival in order to discuss all the details. Ideally via WhatsAp or Facetime. I will remain the main contact for my guests and I will be available throughout their stay. Even if I am physically located in Paris... no worries because some members of my family will be around!
