  • Massimo was very nice and an awesome host. My friend and I got into Roma Termini train station late at night and he offered to pick us up and drive us to the apartment for free. He also was nice enough to book us a car service to the airport. The apartment was clean and very close to Vatican City. It's possible to walk to all the big tourists spots (Roman Forum, Colosseum), but I would bring comfy walking shoes (we didn't try public transportation). I stayed with a group of five. It was small and intimate (two pull out sofas and one cot). We didn't stay much in the apt so it was no big problem. Grocery store is right by the apartment so that was a plus.

  • A nice appartment in a lovely location in Rome, 5 minutes away from the Vatican and in front of the bus stops that take you to important places like the Colisseo. Massimo was a very kind host, and he'll respond right away of you have a problem.

  • We stay in this apartment for 4 nights. Apartment very small but we could easily mange with 4 adults and one 5 year old child.
Apartment very close to Vatican. Bus stop just in front of apartment. 1min walk to shop where you can buy food and alcohol.
Very close to San Pietro Train Station ( I got lost but is just behind building, so I really don't know how I got lost). Some people said that had problem with hot water but we didn't have any problems. We stay in February when the weather wasn't great but the apartment was warm. Massimo is very lovely and helpful, he is all the time in touch with you. He will answer your question during few minutes. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to meet him as we were all the time out. Our flight was very early and Massimo arranged transport for us and that was very helpful.
Bed are not very comfy but remember is not your home so mostly you will always complain. I really recommend this apartment if you want to discover Vatican I Rome

  • My three teenage children and I had a wonderful stay in Massimo's lovely flat. It is SO central - we could walk everywhere and St Peters is literally round the corner. We were very comfortable even though my kids are all well over 6 ft and the flat is quite small. The neighbourhood is very quiet even though it is so central and there is fantastic coffee close by. Massimo is a wonderful host and came to meet us for coffee. I thoroughly reccomend this flat if you want a great stay in Rome. Thank you Massimo!

  • We were met by Massimo and while sharing a coffee he answered our quires for directions and sites to see. Lovely apartment and a great location with public transport just outside. Close to eateries, restaurants and grocery stores.
    Fully recommended. Trevor and Denise

  • Fantastic location for all sight seeing in Rome, very special to be so close to the Vatican. Lovely apartment which easily accommodated us as a family of four. Supermarket 2 minute walk and a great restaurant and coffee shop less than a minute away. Great communication with Massimo & met up for a coffee and a chat. Overall a great experience and highly recommend. Would stay here again without a doubt.

  • Good location, nicely furnished and clean. Appartment is however on the smallish side and suited for up to 2 people.

    Very friendly host.

  • Massimo was very friendly, arranging for us to get the keys and then meeting us our first evening over coffee to offer travel tips. Thank you Massimo!
The flat is well situated just half a block from the train station. Bus and train are very close and I advise getting a pass. The Roma Pass includes free public transportation in Rome and we felt it had good value. The flat is also very close to a grocery store and a small market. We did simple meals here.
The best is the coffee shop on the ground floor just past the pharmacy. Best coffee prices we had in Rome with no 'sitting fee' and nice service. We felt very safe in this neighbourhood.
The flat itself is small by NA standards but all we needed. The pull out bed is not my favourite but OVERALL this flat is great value in a very good location. And, Massimo was most helpful during our stay (helped me find a shop that carried a replacement recharchable battery for my camera).
    I would highly recommend it!

  • We (family of 4) just stayed at Massimo's appartment, and found it just as the other posts described: Fully equipped, clean and nice, and while not overly large it is in a perfect location to explore Rome. Since we came by car, we were a bit concerned about leaving a rather big new car stuffed with camping gear on the street, but just as Massimo had assured us before, free parking was easily found and the neighbourhood felt very safe. Just be aware that this is a huge city with traffic noises all day round - if you are used to sleeping with open windows, you might want to bring ear plugs.
Great thanks to Massimo for 1. responding to every mail within hours, 2. for being a very caring host who made us feel very welcome, 3. for making it very easy for us to check in and out at just the right time for us, and 4. last but not least for the espresso and the nice chat we had on Europe's future in a globalized economy! We definitely come back!
