A 39 acre secluded country retreat nestled outside the rural village of Marshville, NC, High Ridge Gardens is a place of quiet respite in a noisy world. Listed on the North Carolina Birding Trail, High Ridge is home to nationally known artist and conservationist, Mary Erickson. Available for visiting artists, photographers, birders, workshops, spiritual retreats, and family reunions, High Ridge is the perfect getaway. Near Wingate University. Charlotte Speedway, Pinehurst Golf, Eagle Chase Golf.

The space
The guest house is a modest 4 bedroom brick ranch, with front and back porches with rocking chairs. A fireplace in the library/living room makes for a cozy retreat on a cool evening. A fully equipped large country kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, with plenty of room for several cooks. Additional living room with a bed included. Well and Septic system are in use.
