Interaction with guests

No, I'm generally not present. I live in California & I have a team of property managers in Costa Rica that can be as involved as guests prefer: They meet and accompany guests to the home upon arrival. They can assist in reserving activities. There is an onsite caretaker as well if issues arise.
***During the upcoming period ranging from January 19th through July 13th, 2017, I will be living at the property and am available as much or as little as guests desire to interact with them.

The neighborhood

The natural scenery is spectacular! The home gives the sense of being far from it all while actually only a 7 minute drive from town and many ammenities. If you love birds, this is the place. I've lived in California almost all my life. Lived in Italy for 7 years. Mother of two boys, 12-18 years old. Love to Travel, I try to spend 1-2 months each year at my home in Costa Rica as well as traveling to Europe when I can. I practice Hot and Vinyasa yoga, roller blade, boogie-board, surf and Stand Up Paddle boarding. I love traveling to exotic places, movies, great food & wine and time with friends! I'm a tidy, considerate guest that treats my temporary space as if it were my own. When hosting, I love to give my guests a glimpse into how my families time is spent when we are able to enjoy our home-away from home!
