This is near the Vatican and many other enjoyable restaurants! The B&B is clean, convenient, and safe!. It makes you feel like home!
From booking to check out, Paola and Valerio were very communicative and helpful. I had read on a previous review that the the noise from the street could be heard and I am a light sleeper but I did not hear a thing, because they had installed excellent double glazing which also meant that the apartment and room were always really nice and warm!
The location of the apartment is excellent, literally a 2 minute walk from the Metro station which is on a direct line to the main train station so you do not have to take taxis and get to and from the airport easily.
Walking distance to the Vatican also meant that sightseeing was easy. All in all a very enjoyable stay!
My stay in Rome has been fantastic. Paola is very nice person and very helpful, good contact and good arrangements. The location is perfect, really close to the metro station.
The room is nice and clean, bring your earplugs: Rome is a busy city.
The B&B was very nice in excellent location, one block from Metro station.
Paolo were also very helpful.

Fabulous location. Paolo was an excellent host. The metro is a few minutes down the street. The Vatican is less than a 10 minute walk. Loved the apartment, the convenience, the location. It was a wonderful place and we hope to be there again!
My room was the one shown in the fourth photo of the listing. The room was a clean and efficient hotel room in an elegant early 20th century (I believe) apartment building with an elevator. It had a comfortable bed, cable television and very nice modern bathroom with sink, shower, bidet and toilet. Microwave, coffee-maker and refrigerator are in the room. Floors were tiled in stone. For a five euro fee, I got WiFi that worked very well. There was no air conditioning, but in September the ceiling fan and shutters worked very well to keep the room cool even on hot days. The location is excellent: The Ottaviano subway stop was a block away, as was one of the street car lines, and the Vatican is within a short walking distance. Decent bars and restaurants abound in the area.
Be aware that if you check-in after 8 p.m., there is a substantial late registration fee (this is disclosed in the listing and was reduced to 20 euro upon request in my case).
