Sycamore Valley Ranch is a 6500 square ft Ponderosa-style home, 2 hrs north of Saint Louis, MO. Perfect for large groups, family reunions or corporate retreats & will comfortably sleep 20 adults. A stunning great room-showcases a floor to ceiling picture window, fireplace and stately walk-out balcony. A winding staircase connects the upper, lower & handicap accessible main floor. Guests will enjoy 5 BRs, 4 bath, 2 kitchens, dining room, 2 living rooms, loft, game & fitness rooms, & garage.

MAIN FLOOR:

* Great Room: gas fireplace, couch, love seat, and 2 arm chairs
* Kitchen: fully stocked, island w/ seating for 5 and inside JennAir grill, stove & oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, sink with disposal. Other kitchen devices: 4-slot toaster, KitchenAid mixer, grind & brew standard size coffee maker, Mr coffee 4 cup coffee maker, presto standard sized Crock-Pot, mini crock pot, bowls, cookie sheets, waffle maker, & hand mixer Note: If needed/requested, you have access to 30 cup coffee pot, crock pots, etc.
* Dining room: table with 6 chairs with door leading out to balcony
* Bedroom #1: Master Suite, King sized bed with ‘Jack and Jill’ access to master bath, 42 inch television, gas fireplace, armchair and ottoman, and door access to patio.
* Bedroom #2: Queen sized bed, with ‘Jack & Jill’ access to the master bath.
* Master Bath: ‘Jack & Jill’ style with soaking tub and shower stall (handicap accessible)
* Half Bath: Off garage entrance
* Laundry Room: Washer, dryer, sink and shower
* Outdoor Balcony: located off of the main floor, includes gas grill, table and chairs (seats 8), with plenty of additional built in bench seating, plus doorway off of master suite with 2 chairs and side table

UPPER FLOOR:
* Wrap around loft: overlooks great room with 3 leather arm chairs with ottomans, plus an additional nook with a 65 inch television, chaise lounge and recliner
