The magnificent views out the front windows of Oconto River and across to the marsh. Wonderful sunrises start your day as you enjoy your coffee and make breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen. Visit Oconto's breakwater, Beyer home museum, Copper culture park, hike the levee and Oconto Marsh (ice permitting). The River House can truly be the center of your getaway. New upgrades interior remodel, built in A C. Fast internet. Outside the yard was enhanced.

The space
The "River House" with expansive views of the Oconto river, marsh and Bay of Green Bay. Currently the three bedrooms with a King bed in the master, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two single beds in the third room. Check the video's on search "Oconto River House". Forty minutes to Lambeau field. One hour to the Door county or the Marinette county waterfall tour.

Guest access
Kayaks and bikes. A dock for a fishing boat. A beautiful view and plentiful wildlife. Snowmobiling and Oconto is ATV and UTV friendly community. Well behaved and trained pets are welcome. Cable TV and fast internet are included. On 3/2/21 I did a test of the internet and 110 mbps download and 11.7 mbps upload. The internet is spectrum/time warner cable internet. Message me for special rates on week stays.

Neighborhood highlights

The house address is 1775 Yacht club road. Yes there is a small private yacht club at the end of the road. The scene is beautiful and quite. Across the river is a natural marsh which draws in a never ending wildlife show. From eagles to geese, ducks, eggrets, swans, pelicans, the list is never ending.
