This beautiful historic home is in the heart of downtown Madison. It has been completely renovated with 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. This massive home is a show place and winner of the 2019 Historic Madison Inc. Preservation Award. The Fashion House is perfect for your family or friends gatherings with it's grand living and dining room. Madison features more historical blocks than any city in the US. We are also Indiana's Music City! You will be right in the heart of Main Street USA.

The space
The new with the old! These properties date back to 1816. You'll love this historic home that has been brought back to life. It is right in the center of town and walking distance to everything! This home is great for getting together with friends and family.

All of Madison's Main Street shops, boutiques, venues and restaurants are right out the door. We are also a block away from Bicentennial Park as well as the Ohio River. Walk to the coffee shop across the street or the famous Shipley's Tavern right out the door. It is also right out your door!

This place is grand and great for being with your family and friends with music piped throughout the home. Want dinner made for you? No problem as we have Chef Vanessa Felix from Peru on staff to host your dinner party in-house. Want to go out to eat - no need to drive as you can walk to all the great restaurants in town.

Want a golf cart waiting for you when you get to town? We can take care of that for you. You will love how fabulous this home is and how close it is to everything.

Neighborhood highlights

The Fashion House is the only home that is on the same block as City Hall. You literally are right in the heart of Madison. Steps out the door to Shipley's Tavern, Mad Paddle brewery, Red Roaster Coffee Shop and Hinkles! The Bicentennial Park and the Ohio River are only 1 block from the home. There isn't a better location in town!

Madison is open for business and our live music scene has been incredible in 2020 while other city's are closed up. Make the trip to see the town and enjoy a great get away to Small Town USA.

Todd and Mary Beth are both originally from Madison and moved back to raise their family in 2003. They own several businesses and properties in Madison. Mary Beth runs their Main Street boutique and salon Blush on Main as well as their florist business The French Tulip. Mary Beth is also a Decorator and Color Specialist. She is always on the go - and is always coming up with new ways to keep Madison a great place to live and visit. Todd is a Vice President at a Fortune 200 Company and enjoys real-estate and working on the old buildings in Madison bringing them back to life in his spare time when he is not on an airplane. He also loves working and supporting the Madison Music Movement to help make Madison Indiana's Music City! They have been married for over 31 years and have 2 children and 2 dogs. This is just one of many of the properties that the couple have remodeled together and most likely not their last... Todd and Mary Beth Boone purchased the Blush 113 W Main building in 2015 and they purchased the 320 Central home in the fall of 2017.
