An immaculate, designer, luxury boutique, 3 bedroom apartment, close to Javea’s Arenal and only 150 metres to the beautiful and tranquil Cala Blanca beach. This fully modernised apartment has to be seen to be believed
The apartment has beautiful views inland across to the Montgo and the blue skies beyond and benefits from being within walking distance of everything you could want for. The private terrace also benefits from views of the pool area and gardens and you can drink in the view while sipping an evening cocktail or dining al fresco, there is also plenty of comfortable outdoor lounge seating if your afternoon treat is a siesta in the cooling mediterranean breeze.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 master king size bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms. All are light and airy with built in wardrobes and air-conditioning, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a feature glass walled circular, Jacuzzi bath with views. The lounge/dining room is light and airy, comfortably furnished, with lounge seating and dining for 6 and French windows leading to the large private balcony / terrace. The living room is fitted with satellite TV (Dutch/English/German/French channels) , huge 46″ wall mounted flat screen TV. Superfast WI FI is also available at no extra charge.
The kitchen is clean white, modern and very well equipped with everything you need to cook wonderful meals to enjoy at the apartment. Leading off from the kitchen is a small utility area with a washing machine.
The evenings are a joy while you watch the sun set beyond the hills and wait for the famous Javea nightlife to begin with its rich tapestry of bars, restaurants, and discotheques. The large contemporary pool is surrounded by a gorgeous sun deck and has a separate shallow children’s pool. The pool is for private use of guests of the apartments only and there is no access to the public. The interior finish is of an extremely high standard and is designer, modern, and comfortably furnished throughout, this is an ideal apartment for a family or two / three couples. You have access to all the local amenities of Javea and the Arenal beach is only 10 minutes walk, you can also be in Moraira within 15 minutes, both Javea and Moraira are famed for their amazing blue flag beaches.
A hire car is not necessary due to the close proximity of the beaches and restaurants , but recommended if you would like to visit some of the fascinating villages inland towards the mountains and some stunning secluded coves and beaches along the coast.

Playa de l’Arenal is Javea’s most famous (but not only) tourist beach area. It is a dreamy setting stretching no more than 300m from the well located Parador hotel in the north as far as the famous Javea nightclub “Achill” in the south. The Arenal is home to every type of café bar and restaurant, which are set back from the wide promenade and beach. With views across the bay and a family chilled out atmosphere this is the perfect beach holiday get away. With fine golden sand, volleyball nets, various boutique shops and ice cream parlours stretching along the promenade, you can also find plenty of play areas for the kids. The fine sand leads down to the shallow Mediterranean waters making this a safe and exciting beach for all the family.
Denia lies some 10km north of Javea along a spectacular winding mountain road over the Montgo Mountain or a easy drive past the small towns of La Xara and Ondara. It is a bustling resort with a classic Spanish traditional old town, fine restaurants and blue flag beaches stretching for many kilometres, even in the height of summer finding a quite spot is always easy. The Marques de Campo (email hidden)ly street, lined with open air restaurants with a real world food theme serving everything from traditional rice and tapas as well as tastes from Germany, Holland and the UK. All these restaurants have adequate open air seating which makes for a meal with great atmosphere, with the added bonus of shading from the trees lining the avenue, many an hour can be spent watching the world go by. The surrounding streets are great for shopping, with plenty of boutiques and designer clothing outlets; Denia provides the best shopping between Valencia and Benidorm.
Moraira is a magical beachside town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and ex-pat residents.
Moraira is blessed with a wide selection of stylish cafés within its pleasant streets For authentic Spanish dishes why not visit Las Gaviotas in the square opposite the church. The main fish restaurants are located on the front overlooking the small port and fish market (La Lonja) where fish auctions take place every morning at 10am except Sundays. Well worth seeing.
There are very reliable Taxi services and buses, but the apartments central location means that you can walk to anything that you will need.
Other Things to Note
There is plenty for the kids to do if they get bored with the swimming pool and beaches. Less than 30 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages including ‘Terra Natura’ animal park, ‘Mundomar’ an animal water park, ‘Aqualandia’ a themed water park and ‘Terra Mitica’ a huge fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.
The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than half an hours drive away. Javea itself has 2 – the internationally renowned 27 – hole course at La Sella which is a 20 minute drive away, and 5 minutes away a local 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the ‘landmark’ Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and the 18-hole Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova Golf Club.
There are also very good courses at Benidorm, Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind an hour or so drive before the round.
Pool towels are also provided but you are requested to not take them to the beach.
Please note that due to its elevated position it benefits from cooling sea breezes all day and night.

Louise was a very good host. She answered all questions prior to arrival immediately. During the check-in process she explained everything about the appartment and furthermore she provided information about activities and restaurants. During our stay she was also available for assistance.
The appartment which is a mere 10 minutes walk away from Arenal beach is as shown on the pictures. It looks luxurious and is quite spacious (accomodates up to 6 persons). The kitchen is very well equipped, even with a Nespresso coffee machine. The balconcy offers nice views and is a very pleasant place to enjoy a drink in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay in Louise's apparment.
Sehr schöne, neue, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhigem Quartier. Gut ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Wäscheständer, Sonnenschirm und Liegestuhl. Schöner Pool mit angenehmer Nachbarschaft. Der Einstellhallenplatz war sehr wertvoll. Wir verbrachten schöne und ruhige Abende auf der gemütlichen Lounge. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
