My home is within walking distance of downtown Montpelier and is very convenient to I89 highway access. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
GMTA and CCTA operate bus service to/from and around Montpelier but a car is recommended to get around outside of downtown.

We had a wonderful time and the room was clean, organized, and perfect for our needs. It's located a short hike from downtown Montpelier, so getting in and out was easy. Also, our young daughter got a chance to play every morning in the large backyard on the swing set—a total bonus for mom and dad!
We would come back again—Thanks Amy!
And it was the perfect spot to rest my head. Small but very cozy room with thoughtful touches such as a kettle, tea, microwave and toaster oven. Really comfy bed and even a white noise machine in case of noise from the other side of the house. Quiet neighbourhood and a short (though serious down hill) walk to the heart of town. Loved sitting in the chair looking outside at the blooming lilac and apple(?)....the scent of the lilac was heady.
I would definitely book Amy's room if back in Montpelier and recommend it to anyone heading that way.
As another guest posted, Amy's place really is the perfect spot to rest your head! It was quiet and comfortable, and if I needed anything Amy was quick to respond. It was the perfect distance from where I needed to be: either 10 mins to Waterbury, or a short walk to The Mad Taco and The Skinny Pancake for a Heady Topper!
Once again another good experience staying at Amy's. Nice and quiet residence and conveniently next to I89. Look forward to business again. Thanks
We never made it to Amy's place, as we were caught in a snowstorm, (in April!) and had to find a hotel half way to our destination. Nonethless, Amy was very supportive, pragmatic and communicative with us as soon as we contacted her from the road, for which we were grateful! Hope we make it there next time, Amy!
