We never made it to Amy's place, as we were caught in a snowstorm, (in April!) and had to find a hotel half way to our destination. Nonethless, Amy was very supportive, pragmatic and communicative with us as soon as we contacted her from the road, for which we were grateful! Hope we make it there next time, Amy!
Good communication, easy check in and out procedure. The room was aptly described and indeed a nice spot to rest. Neighbourhood was lovely, quiet and close to the town Center.
Amy was very responsive and sweet. The room was exactly as described. She even had a microwave with tea cups and tea for us! It was lovely! I would highly recommend staying with Amy.
I regularly stay for work. It is a wonderful place to stay, cozy and welcoming!
Everything about my stay at Amy's was right on the money. Locating her was a breeze via Google Maps; her instructions on everything from where to park to accessing the room, etc. was spot-on - so there was no confusion at all. Within just a few minutes, I was in, unpacked and comfortable. Bed (I just used one) was quite comfortable; the comforters were great, internet was excellent - overall, it really WAS the 'perfect place to rest my head' on my trip to Montpelier! Nicely done and recommend.
Amy's profile lists her b&b room as the "perfect spot to rest your head". And it really was. Clean, comfortable twin bed, nice private bath and a some neat art. Great for one, or even two people (certainly enough space for two, a reading chair, small frig and microwave). The neighborhood was quiet and an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Montpelier (on sidewalks, which is not all that common in Vermont). Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet the host, but her directions and email correspondence made me feel she cared about her guests.
Amy was most welcoming upon arrival. Room is just as advertised, two comfortable beds, closet and full bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Private door on the side for coming and goings is a plus. Would happily stay again! Thanks again Amy!
