We are located in the interior of Nova Petrópolis, in a bucolic village called Nove Colônias, 15 minutes from the center.
Our chalet was built entirely of native Brazilian pine, providing warmth and comfort to our guests.
The chalet is equipped with a hot tub with panoramic views, fireplace, air-conditioning, smart TV with 130 channels, Wi-Fi (fiber optic), full kitchen, plus a deck with hammocks and valley views.

The space
We provide all bed linens, towels, bath foam, soap.
We do not include food, but we leave coffee powder, sugar, salt, oil, olive oil, vinegar, teas and eggs for the guest's use, at no cost.
We also leave in the chalet some options of wines, sparkling wines, juices, mineral water, milk, portions of soup and cheese bread that, if consumed, can be settled at check-out.

Guest access
The chalet is inside the Casa Sander orchard, where guests can pick seasonal fruits to eat on the property.
We offer a picnic area with a fire pit, cushions and umbrellas.
Guests also have access to our store, where they can find a variety of colonial and handmade products, as well as a picnic menu.
