Only 60 delightful steps down a private boardwalk lands you at your private beach paradise, with no streets to cross! This second row home is actually closer to the beach than our other direct ocean front home located at 11 Cassina Lane.

This stunningly beautiful 5BR/5.5BA two-story, professionally decorated home built in 2002 has it all! Amazing ocean views, 4700 square feet of luxurious living space, open floor plan, fully-equipped kitchen, granite counter-tops, breakfast bar, dining area with seating for eight (plus four more at kitchen counter), large second floor gathering area with big screen TV and wet bar, two second story balconies with ocean views, huge deck with built-in pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and so much more!

This home is perfect for vacationers that are splitting the expense and want equal accommodations since there are two equally spacious king master bedroom suites with generous en-suite bathrooms that feature dual vanities, jetted soaking tubs, walk-in showers, and loads of storage. The three other bedrooms also feature nicely-equipped en-suite bathrooms so your entire group is going to be thrilled with the sleeping arrangements.

Weekly renters will love the two separate laundry areas- one on the main floor and one upstairs. Plus when you are ready for the beach we provide 15 high quality beach chairs and towels.

Other things to note
We love dogs and do allow up to two dogs at the rate of $30.00 per dog per day. Guests will be financially responsible for any damage (pee stains, etc). that your dog leaves behind. So make sure that they are on their best behavior.

The pool can also be heated to 85 degrees throughout the year at the following rates:

September- $50.00 per day
October- $55.00 per day
November- $65.00 per day
December- $70.00 per day
January- $90.00 per day
February- $90.00 per day
March- $80.00 per day
April- $65.00 per day
May- $55.00 per day

Pet fee and pool heat payments will be handled directly with the owners.

This is really a fantastic location. We are just off North Forest Beach approximately 1 mile from Coligny Plaza, affectionately known as Hilton Head Island's unofficial downtown. Lots of shops, restaurants and watering holes abound here.

Bike riders will love that there is a bike path right across the street that takes you to Coligny Circle/Plaza and connects to the over 60 miles of Hilton Head’s world-renown bike paths.

And we are in very close proximity to the highly-rated Sonesta Resort and our guests can enjoy the latest Sonesta Resort amenity- Sand Bar at Marker 72. This is a really nice outdoor bar and grill with TV's musicians.
