The owners of the property (Kenny and Ricardo) live in Unit C which is found at the very end of the property. We will be in and out but available as needed and when needed. We can offer local food suggestions and activities as we have explored the valley as transplants from New York!
If we notice security doors open or cars parked improperly we will make sure to communicate with guests. This is to ensure the safety of guests and experience of our guests in unit B.
The house is located in a quiet, mixed residential block off of 7th Avenue. The historic Melrose District is a unique community that welcomes all to its diverse mix of eateries, funky shops, galleries, and nightlife.

Our house is nestled in a residential block with a mix of houses, condos, apartments, businesses (including a mechanic on the corner). We are off of 7th Avenue which is a busy through-ways for cars and pedestrian traffic. There is nightlife nearby so sometimes you may see people walking after parking their cars.
We are also in the process of adding additional lights to the property. We have made requests to the city to add additional street lighting but while we wait we are doing everything possible to ensure there is more than adequate lighting for our guests.
