And before a day at the beach, your kids will love digging into a fresh waffle at the breakfast bar in our gourmet kitchen. We've worked hard to make this feel like home, from beach-inspired art to charging stations in every room + super-fast WiFi, perfect for working/learning from home. A quick walk to the boardwalk and tons of great restaurants!

The space
Our townhome has 1205 square feet spread over three floors.

FIRST FLOOR
The first floor includes a charming living room area with an electric fireplace (you can even use it during the summer months!) and a 49-inch smart TV with all the popular cable channels. The gorgeous kitchen area has gleaming granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a big breakfast bar. We provide lots of ingredients for you to whip up a wonderful breakfast for your family.

SECOND FLOOR
The second floor includes a large washer and dryer, a well-decorated bedroom with two queen-sized beds, a walk-in closet and a 32-inch smart TV with all the popular cable channels. The attached bathroom has double sinks and a bath/shower combo.

THIRD FLOOR
The third floor is all for mom and dad! The lofted bedroom suite is tastefully decorated with luxurious sheets on the queen-sized memory foam bed, a 32-inch smart TV with all the popular cable channels and an intimate seating area just for mom and dad. Of course, there's a lovely attached bathroom with a tiled shower just for mom and dad.
A sliding glass door takes you to the charming balcony where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Virginia sunsets.

NOTE: Our home is thoroughly cleaned with bleach between guest stays.

Our townhouse is located in Virginia Beach's fun Vibe arts district. You'll be walking distance to a wonderful mix of eclectic shops and restaurants. Most Saturdays, you'll find a farmer's market just two blocks away. The area is growing fast, with tons of new condos being built and murals painted on many buildings.

FIREWORKS!
In July and August you can enjoy free fireworks displays on the boardwalk at 22nd Street.

During your stay

Our townhome is equipped with a smart lock system, which allows you to check in at your leisure. I'm available anytime by phone or text to answer any questions you may have.
We provide two parking passes. One for a reserved spot directly in front of our door and the second for a guest spot (as available). Virginia Beach also operates several inexpensive parking garages nearby.
