Our Tiny House is one of a kind! Come and see what tiny living is all about as you enjoy our 200sq ft. living area while enjoying panoramic views of our horse pasture. It comes with a cozy sleeping loft (King mattress) accessible only by ladder. The couch is an IKEA sleeper sofa which folds out to a Queen bed. If you are looking for a memorable adventure in Vero Beach, our Tiny House is perfect for you. Outdoor space also includes relaxing porch swing and outdoor dining area.

The space
Our Tiny House allows you to have your own private space and enjoy the country setting with a quiet outdoor sitting area overlooking the horse pasture where you can relax & enjoy. There is a tiny kitchen including a microwave, small refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. We provide the coffee! The bathroom is fully equipped with sink, shower, & toilet. Guests must be agile to climb up and down the ladder safely- or sleep on the sofa bed. The deck area outside sits in a lovely shaded space under an oak tree overlooking the pasture- a perfect place for drinking coffee in the morning as you plan your day or sipping your favorite beverage in the evening as you unwind and relax listening to the crickets and gazing up at the stars.

Guest access
Our guests have access to the deck outside their door with sitting area to enjoy but are also welcome to enjoy the backyard, the bonfire area, and fish pond. Our guests love to stroll around the property, enjoy the beauty of the farm, watch the chickens and goats and feed the fish.

Our family home has a swimming pool located in the front next to the pond. It is NOT included in our Airbnb rentals. We ask that our guests treat the property as if it was their own and enjoy it as if it was their own.

Other things to note
We do have a friendly Golden Retriever on the property who loves to welcome our guests with enthusiasm. :)

No pets permitted in the tiny house. We are on a well water system which can be different than city water.

Neighborhood highlights

We are close to town, but feels like we're far out in the country. I-95 is about 7 minutes away, Dodgertown about 5-6 minutes away, the movies and the mall, 5 minutes and most importantly the beach... 15 minutes away. We are on a dead end country road with lovely neighbors all around.

We have lived in Vero Beach for about 10 years where we're raising our family on a wonderful, private 5 acre farm where we live with our friendly Golden Retriever, Harley, Mr. T our sweet pasture horse, and 5 chickens that lay the most wonderful eggs along with a pond full of tilapia. Our home sits on the front of the property and we converted half of the large barn to be a beautiful, rustic, guest apartment. We recently converted the other side of the barn into a wedding and party venue. We enjoy traveling, days at the beach, and evenings with friends around a campfire. We also have added a small Tiny House to our collection here since we are enjoying Airbnb so much.
