I am happy to offer any advice you may need regarding directions, travel options, restaurants or sites to visit. Brochures, maps and other information about Tel Aviv are available for you to read. I can offer advice on free tours in the city or, if you'd like different ideas - there are food tours, graffiti tours and other options available too. If you are interested in travelling further, I have information on tours.

I can also assist organising airport taxis at preferred rates.

Centrally located the apartment provides you with easy access to all that Tel-Aviv has to offer.

* A 5 minute walk from Dizengoff Centre
* A 15 minute walk from the beach.

In any direction from the apartment you can be in the middle of all the action on Rothschild, King George, Dizengoff, Ibn Gvirol and Sheinkin streets, with cafes, restaurants and bars all around.

At the end of my street, you have a fabulous cafe called "The Streets", offering delicious food and coffee all day. Try the highly rated "Hakosem" for local delights - falafel and shawarma. Also, lots of popular bars around too. There (email hidden) supermarket (AM/PM) just around the corner.

Down the road you can shop at the Shuk (market) and check out the craft market at Nachlat Binyamin. Or grab a bite in the Yemenite quarter by the market. Around the corner, enjoy a coffee at the newly designed Habima Square. The TA Art Museum is a short walk away too. It's easy to reach Jaffa and to explore Neve Zedek. Walk along the beach to the Port area.

The new Sarona complex is a 15 minute walk away. The renewed colony includes an urban park and the accurately restored original 37 buildings of the Templar settlement. These have been transformed into elegant cafes, ritzy restaurants, high-end art galleries and an assortment of specialty shops.

Walking distance to Ichilov Hospital

Close to bus stops and the central bus and train stations. It is easy to reach the apartment from the airport by train/bus or taxi.

  • Our host Nomi was wonderful. She provided the same type of information that tourists receive in a hotel, and was easy to reach and answered a couple of questions promptly. The flat was exactly what we needed and was what we expected. The living room is huge. The shower was great and the fans effectively cool the apartment in moments. There was plenty of space to store our food. The neighbourhood is trendy and full of great shops and restaurants. This is a very convenient location from which you can walk to the beach and the Tel Aviv Museum of Art.

  • Perfect very central location, cool cafes, restaurants, the best falafel in TLV, 24/7 supermarkets, Rothschild blv, Dizengoff centre: all is at your doorstep or at least nearby on walking distance.
The apartment is spacious and clean. Maybe a bit dark (due to the trees in the street, which is of course a big plus in summer!). Bathroom is excellent (great shower, good supply of towels as well!), good quality bed (never get's noisy in the bedroom and you can sleep really in the dark), comfy sofa's in the living. We hardly used the kitchen (why cook in Tel Aviv with all the city has to offer?), but all supplies are there.
This place maybe hasn't got the prettiest interior, style-wise (yes, that's a taste thing), but one feels absolutely at ease spending time here. Indeed: good value for very reasonable prize and a friendly welcoming host.

About
I've been hosting travelers from around the world for more than 6 yrs. I'm originally from Australia and have lived in Tel Aviv for 19 years. I have also traveled across the world myself in the US, Canada, Mexico, Central America, Europe, Southern Africa, Asia, Oceania and of course Australia. I am very familiar with all the basic information a traveler is looking for on arrival in a new city and am happy to assist in anyway. I can also recommend cafes, bars, restaurants and activities going on in the city. You will find that I am located in the center of all the action, in close walking distance to the beach and with transportation within the city and to other locations very close at hand. I'd love to help you enjoy my city Tel-Aviv.
