Great clean apartment in central location between Noe Valley, the Mission, and Bernal Heights.
You will love this apartment that is 1 block from frequent bus and Muni lines that go to downtown in 20 minutes, and minutes from the 24th street BART.
This is a private room in a classic, older, early 1900's building, with beautiful bay windows and sweeping views of Bernal Heights and San Francisco.
NOTE the accommodation is a small twin bed in a narrow room. There is place to put your furniture but there is no room to "hang out" in the room itself. The bed is a REAL bed but it is slightly smaller than a regular twin.
You will have access to the rest of the apartment which is quite spacious at about 600 square feet.
The apartment itself is a dated building and the interior reflects that - please do not expect a modern, luxury, high-rise!
NOTE: I cannot accommodate 2 people because the bed is only a twin size bed. There are few pictures on the site for privacy reasons, but you will like the room and apartment.
Fully Stocked Kitchen
Interaction with Guests
You will have a private room and be sharing the 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment with 1 person.
During weekdays I am out the entire day and around some evenings. On weekends I am generally out of the apartment for most of the day.
You'll generally have the entire apartment to yourself, but I'll be available to help you out with any questions and chat when I'm at the apartment.
This is a fabulous, diverse residential neighborhood between Noe Valley, the Mission, and Bernal Heights.
The apartment is located at the intersection of everything you could need or want, including Muni lines, the BART, grocery store, top rated restaurants, dive bars, cheap ethnic eateries, and a laundromat.
There are 5 bus lines and 1 Muni line all within 1-2 blocks away.
You can get to downtown SF in 20 minutes!
Other Things to Note
The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen, including cookware, spices, microwave, and toaster oven.
Tea and a hot water kettle are also provided.
Parking is ample and free in the neighborhood, but there are time limits for how long you can park in a location.
If you are bringing a rental car, I can arrange for a private parking garage for a small additional charge.
Otherwise zipcar, city carshare, etc. all have locations within walking distance.
You can also use Uber or Lyft to easily get around.
Message me for a free $30 credit for taxi.
There's a foyer with a place to put shoes at the door.
This helps me keep cleaning expenses down, so I can pass on the cost savings to you!
I saw Chloe once during my stay but she was very kind. The apartment itself is very nice, & above a pretty active ice cream shop. Which because of it's popularity, can get a little loud sometimes, but I could only see it bothering someone who's not used to city living. Thanks a lot!
This is my first AirBnB Experience. I think it's okay for 80$/night in San Francisco. I went there for a conference, so I was quite busy all day.
The reason I am rating this place 3 stars is because of the actual accommodations. They were not what I expected and not what what the image implies. Yes, the couch and the rug are in the place, but the room where you will be staying is not decorated similarly. It is very basic. You'll have a cot, a pillow, blankets, and very minimal space for your things.
She does keep it pretty clean. The neighborhood is safe and has a variety of restaurants nearby.
While the accommodations weren't what I expected, the host, Chloe, was kind, considerate, and very accommodating. She's friendly and gave me good recommendations on places to try nearby her place.
This is a simple, clean space with all the basics provided. The room itself is compact, but the kitchen and living room are spacious as described. Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, BART, and lots of beautiful neighborhoods/parks within walking distance! Walk around Bernal Heights Park for amazing views of everything!
There's not much I can say that hasn't already been said. I had an amazing stay at Chloe's. The apartment is very clean and chic. The views (especially from the roof) are stunning. It is near a lot of good restaurants on Mission (definitely try El Farolito!) and public transportation lines. The area seemed safe, even when coming back late at night. Chloe was an incredibly accommodating and engaging host.
Thanks Chloe! I really enjoyed getting to know you :)
I'm a Bay Area native and traveled and lived in different parts of the world.
There was a time when I was a budget traveler with an itch to see the world. Now that I have a permanent home, I try to keep my prices affordable for those in a similar situation.
I am very familiar with San Francisco, the East Bay and the South Bay, and am happy to provide recommendations.
I am always reachable for any questions.
