Patrick's home was fantastic! It was just what we were looking for. My girlfriend and I were traveling from Boston to Cali and we needed a place to stay for the night. Patrick was very accommodating we asked for things to do in Little Rock he listed a lot of things in area and the house is in a great central location to museums and restaurants. However, most place are closed on Mondays . The room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up and hit the road the next day. Thank you Patrick and we recommend this place to other airbnber's.
You will not find a better AirBnB host than Patrick. Arriving in Little Rock, I discovered I had accidentally booked my room a week later than what I thought. No problems - Patrick sorted it out (and picked me from the bus station). His house is fantastic, but it is bettered by Patrick's company. Enjoyed listening to jazz, eating toasted sandwiches, talking about life with him on the night I was there - and then, the next day, he even drove me to various places I needed to visit for work. A true gentleman - and an example of why AirBnB is so great. Feel like I've made a new mate - good on ya, Patrick.
Patrick is a great host. Whenever we return to Little Rock, we will stay with Patrick if he has room. The neighborhood is very nice and close to UAMS which is important to us.
Patrick is a warm and mellow host who made me feel at home right away. I enjoyed our conversations. The entire house has great character and the bedroom was perfect, especially the deck off the back and the very comfortable bed. A lovely neighborhood too, just a few minutes from everything in Little Rock. It was so relaxing here!
Patrick is very kind and interesting and has a lovely house. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and got the best from my trip. There is a verandah outside the bedroom and a very comfortable bed. He lives in a very pretty neighbourhood. Little Rock has a very interesting history, including the Central High School museum which tells the story of the Little Rock Nine (well worth a visit). So - all great! Go and stay there!
This is a great place; peaceful, spacious, with a good vibe all around. Patrick is a great person to talk to (if you want) and very welcoming presence. I would recommend staying here even if you're not planning on passing through Little Rock.
Patrick was there to greet us when we got in. He recommended the best restaurant! His home is clean and comfortable. His coffee in the morning was wonderful. I had a wonderful night's sleep.

About the Host, Patrick
Retired musician and artist. All my life I've traveled the US, coast to coast several times, Vancouver to Key West, San Diego to Portland ME - several times in the past few years.... everything but the Dakota badlands, Alaska and Hawaii. I prefer driving and I'm not finished traveling.
I've lived in New York City, Frankfurt Germany, Charlottesville VA, San Francisco and returned to where I grew up - Little Rock - in 1971. Had my own graphics business here for almost thirty years, and spent the remainder of my business career working with my wife, Terry, in her very successful commercial appraisal business, until she passed.
I've enjoyed having the occasional Airbnb guest, all of whom have been good people. I like to live and let live. I agree with George Carlin: "Don't sweat the petty things, and don't pet the sweaty things." I don't twit and facing the book does not appeal to me - I use my time in other ways and prefer email and the phone to social internet entanglements.
