My newly renovated apartment is on a main avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. It has lots of sunlight, picturesque views of Brooklyn, shopping nearby, & is right next to the C train, taking you to lower Manhattan in 15 minutes.
My apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the fourth floor of a newly built building. It's located on one of the main avenues of central Brooklyn, surrounded by many different shops and restaurants. It is right next to a major subway line (the C train), as well as several buses.
The guest bed is 47x79 inches (120x200cm) and comfortably sleeps two. The room has plenty of closet space and sunlight, a desk, chair, and lamp. There is central heating during the winter and window A/C units during the summer.
You're more than welcome to use my fully equipped kitchen to make your own meals. Feel free to help yourself to breakfast in the mornings. There is usually bread, cereal, and juice, along with coffee and tea.
Guests will receive their own set of keys upon arrival. You will have access to:
-High speed WiFi

Interaction with guests
The apartment layout allows guests as much privacy as they would like.
My work schedule varies from week to week. I'm a freelance musician, teacher, and audio engineer - I'm usually out working, but occasionally work from home on both weekdays and weekends.
I'm always available via text message or phone if you need something.
I enjoy having travelers in my home and love getting to know guests when the opportunity arises.
Other things to note
There is no elevator. If you are concerned about carrying your luggage up or down the stairs (there are three flights), we're more than happy to help - we have lots of practice. :)
-Take off your shoes at the door (you're welcome to leave your shoes there). It helps us keep the apartment clean.
-No food or drinks in the music room, particularly around the instruments.
I'm a musician, audio engineer, and music teacher who teaches around the NYC area.
I love having travelers stay in my home and look forward to meeting you.
