I’m always available by phone or text message if you need something. I love getting to know my guests and enjoy having travelers in my home.
My place is located in Brooklyn’s diverse, multicultural and bustling neighborhood of Bedford-Stuyvesant, an eclectic area that is quickly becoming the go-to neighborhood of Brooklyn.
You’ll be right by the C local train at Kingston-Throop Ave, which will take you to lower Manhattan in 15 minutes and to midtown (areas like Times Square and Central Park) in 25-30 minutes.
The neighborhood is well-lit and safe to walk around at all times.
On my block, there is a café, a pharmacy, a large supermarket, two laundromats, a fruit and vegetable market, a healthcare center, 24/7 convenience stores, a liquor store, among other restaurants, and a variety of shops There is also a park directly behind the apartment.
It’s a short walk to trendy bars, cafés, and restaurants, shopping, as well as a large supermarket with an ample organic selection.

Summer's condo is very neat, well located with easy access to bus lines and subway Redline which takes you straight to New York city. And every morning, we made our breakfasts with food available from refrigerator. While we stayed there we felt very welcomed by Summmer.
It would have been been a very more pleasant experience if we could have had a better luck with weather temperature. The first three nights of our stay was hot, temperature was around 92-93F, though there were two fans going on all night, it was still hard for us to fall to sleep.
However, we still appreciate that Summer could host our stay.
I was hosted with 2 other friends by Summer. Thank you so much for your welcome, we really enjoyed our stay in NY. Your place is very cosy, like home, and it was nice to chat with you. Thanks (website hidden) : the jazz music cd is great :)))
Nice little room in an apparently safe part of Broklyn....we felt good there. Close to the subway where the local trains run. Summer was a great host and did everything to make us feel at home. Using the Living-kitchen was not a Problem, neither was the storage of our luggage in a Different room. She also helped anytime there was a problem!!! The only negative thing to mention is the missing AC. (There is a small fan). Overall I would go there again!!!
All the positive comments here are well deserved. Summer is a great host, very welcoming and helpful.
The room is tiny, but tidy, and the bed is comfortable. Summer lets her guests use the espresso machine, and the coffee it makes is so good! The bathroom is nice and clean. And as a bonus, wifi works well and fast.
The apartment is situated in typical Brooklyn, with some picturesque streets nearby. It's not too close to everything (well, NYC is big), but the subway station is just across the street, so it's convenient.
I can definitely recommend this place.
I met Summer and she gave me a tour of the apartment. We had a nice talk for a while. Since I was there for a week, I had my own key and it was easy to come and go. I had plenty of information about amenities close to the apartment like the laundrymat. Earplugs were provided and I made use of them since i was not used to the street noise.
Summer was a great host and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is clean and comfortable and right by the subway station. Summer had great recommendations of things to do and places to eat nearby and even let our 2 year old play her piano (which we haven't stopped hearing about since!).
Summer was a great host. Her place was very nice and very clean and tidy. I can absolute recommend this lovely spot to everyone.
