Our 1BR condominium in downtown Austin is the perfect getaway for out-of-town guests or Austinites needing a staycation! With comfortable sleeping arrangements for four between a queen bed and a full size futon in the living room, groups will enjoy staying together in this comfortable condo with a spacious layout and lovely amenities. Recently refurnished, our condo has a feeling of newness although the building itself has been an iconic part of the neighborhood since the early 1980's. A fully stocked kitchen, communal pool, and covered parking spot all contribute to making this downtown pad a truly amazing find!

The entertainment district, museums, restaurants, night life, the Convention Center, Brazos Hall, and Lady Bird Lake are all within walking distance. With the amenities of a downtown hotel and the luxuries of a home, this condo is too great to pass up!

*Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the property manager to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the property manager receives information about excessive noise, TurnKey has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the property manager to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes TurnKey to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
Great location, yet peaceful. Just steps from the pool, although we did not utilize during our two night stay. We did not use the kitchen at all, but seemed to have everything you would need (except glasses? we were using coffee cups for our am/pm ice waters) All in all a good stay. Thank you.
Great location and logistics were smooth, but there were problems with noise from the pool area on my first two nights between midnight and 3am. The walls are thin, and the bedroom faces the inner courtyard where the pool is, so noise and light filter in clearly throughout the night. Things happen, so I was fine with it the first night, but once the issue was flagged, the rental company just suggested waiting for the party to get going and then calling security. All in all, it's a good apartment for someone who is in Austin to party, but not for work or family trips.
Thank you for your feedback Taylor! I'm so sorry about the noise issues you had. This is not typical as we've never had that problem before. Those are very popular condos and we do have a mixture of folks from different ages to business or leisure.

The host sent specific instructions and directions twice in the days leading up to the trip so we knew exactly how to find and get into the condo. The pictures were accurate, it was quite clean, and most of all it was in a perfect location for us as it was walking distance to most places we wanted to go. It was our first time in Austin and we wanted to hit up all the touristy sights but didn't want the hassle of renting a car, and this location was perfect for that. If you're flying in from out of town and take the airport express bus in for $1.75, the bus stop is two blocks away. Unfortunately the building it's housed in, The Railyards, seems to have quite a few vacation properties. The late night pool parties, starting around 2 am and continuing until 3, kept me up for 2 of the nights and my wife a third night. There are signs everywhere reminding people of quiet time beginning at 10 in the courtyard, but people are jerks, so what can you do?
The apartment was true to the pictures and was a comfortable place to stay for a few days. Erica's team provided great customer service -- I had an issue with the combination on the key pad entry and they promptly reset it for me. The apartment has some small signs of wear and tear and there are some noisy neighbors, but it was overall a very convenient place to stay while in town for a conference.
Everything was exactly as expected, amazing! Extremely clean with all the linens and toiletries we needed. All appliances were up to date, and the futon that was used as a second bed was comfortable. Loved the two door access to the bathroom so the main bedroom was not disturbed. Location was absolutely perfect, right downtown in the middle of everything- restaurants, bars, kayak rentals 2 blocks away, bike rentals 3 blocks away. The host was also great and extremely attentive!
