The space
Slowly but surely, the apartment took its idea and style. Initially it was a typical Soviet flat with high ceilings, massive furniture and all the attendant entourage; but month by month, room by room, it had been updated and turned into an interesting mix of history and modernity. At the moment we can say that the transformation is almost completed. And this became possible largely due to the reviews, advice and participation of many of my guests who were the witnesses of different stages of alterations and repairs.
I’d say, that the goal of all transformations and changes is the comfortable and suitable for living loft.

Despite the fact that it is the center of the city, the area is captivating greenery, comfort and quiet. A hundred yards from the housing is Gorky Park and the embankment of the Svisloch. Any kind of transport, also within walking distance.

As a rule, check in at the apartment - at 12.00 or 13.00. If the previous day is free, check in time could be earlier. In case you want to be sure to check in early in the morning, we can discuss an extra payment and if the previous day is not booked, I could close the day. Usually this extra payment is half of the cost of the whole day.
