I am a happy, creative craftsmen type. I love listening to and making music, working the grounds, and tending to architectural garden space. I am thoroughly enjoying creating this lovely 3 acre oasis. It's been a nice challenge building playful and extravagant architectures, while maintaining a "humble luxury" .. the grounds allow us to integrate with nature! The property sits on a 50 foot deep artesian well, has 2 self-contained septic drain field systems, and maximizes its solar potential pulling over 9,000 kwh on a sunny day.. we're nearly self-sufficient, "Off the Grid" having a small environmental impact feels really good!! I have acquired a passion for creating a beautiful happy retreat space for your vacation or event, in the hub of Seattle East side wine country!
