This beautifully decorated bungalow is a two minute walk from public green space overlooking the Saint John River. We are also 2 minutes to local hot spot, Picaroon's Brewery and 540 North . A 13 minute walk across the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge will take you to the heart of downtown Fredericton, and access to Museums, galleries and amazing restaurants.

The space
Enter into a large bright open concept main area that will take your breath away. Modern grey floors, white sleek kitchen, large island w/brand new granite countertops. Stainless steel appliances & a beautiful skylight. A patio door leading to one of two decks also allows great natural light. Nice high ceilings & light coloured decor is very beneficial.
Master bedroom features a queen bed and second bedroom has a single bed.

Picaroons Traditional Ales is a 3 minute walk away. Their gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces are sure to impress. Fill a growler with their amazing brew and enjoy it on our deck while you bbq.
The Boyce Farmer's Market is open on Saturday's and is only a 20 minute walk away on Fredericton's Southside. The walking bridge and beautiful trail system will lead you right there.
The walking trail is easily accessible from our house and can take you all over the city.
While in Fredericton, don't forget to visit our local artisans and Beaverbrook Art Gallery to see the beautiful Dali Exhibit.
