Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • The house is located in the heart of Palermo Soho, close to cosy cafés, nice restaurants. The area reminded me of Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg, if that says you something. Good for tourists of an younger or mid age.

The house itself has three floors with a nice roof top, good for sun-bathing at day-time and having a drink with the flatmates in the evening.

There are 5 rooms in the house, one kitchen and two bathrooms. It is of an elder argentine style, not what I would call luxurious but still very very charming... I loved it.

Flatmates during my stay were travellers from all over the world, some of them working for some time in BA plus a friend of mine. All were the most lovely, funny and creative people which gave me the feeling of having a nice home-base. Allways good to have friends in a strange city!

I was there to explore the tango scene of BA. Famous milongas, like Villa Malcom, La Viruta, Salon Canning and El Yeite are in walking distance or good to reach with a cheap taxi.

Maria is the best host you can imagine. She is welcoming, open-minded, heart full, don´t dare to ask her any question. She wants that everybody in the house feels good.

I recommend and would live there again!!

  • Maria is perfect! She welcomes you in her home with local specialties and tons of advice on what to do in her city and country. She is always willing to help you find tickets or nice places. Her house is very unique, fresh and tidy and is located in a very convenient area! I was really sorry to have to move out and would be glad to go back!

  • Maria's flat is very well located in Palermo as it is just few minutes walk from Plaza Palermo Viejo and generally speaking mid in Palermo; it is a nice flat with a balcony, rooms are large and beds comfortable. Maria is very friendly and helpful, provides a lot of information about the town or Argentina, and her boyfriend too! we really enjoyed our stay there and warmly advise it to people who plan to visit Buenos Aires.

  • Maria is the best host you will ever have. You immediately feel like family -- she greets you with dulce de leche and invites you to chat in the kitchen where you will likely meet other flatmates. It's so great to know Maria is looking out for you if you are new to Buenos Aires, and you will likely make a friend for life!

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I've being renting rooms for a few years now, and it's being a really enriching experience receiving foreign guests at home, and sharing different cultures and histories. I dedicate myself to art: writing, painting and singing, are my general passions, along with the city of Buenos Aires! For me is trully important to help my guests feel at home, and to advice them on how to enjoy the city in all its splendour!
