We've got all the things that make vacation enjoyable. High-end styling (by MANMAN Studios), comfy lounging spaces so cool you won't want to go out to bars, a firepit, hammock, beautiful garden, Nintendo Switch, a movie projector, 2 full kitchens (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2.5 bathrooms (one with a clawfoot tub and both with spacious rain showers), free parking, snacks and beverages, and tons of games. 8 min drive to downtown Cincy. We also rent for events, reach out for pricing!

The space
It also boasts a full apartment suite that can close off from the rest of the house and has it's own separate entrance, queen pillow top murphy bed, full bathroom, full kitchen and projector tv. In the main part of the house, the master bedroom with ensuite features a clawfoot tub and large shower. We also have 2 cots that we can set out for you to add an additional 2 people (making it a total of 6 guests). This house is just a 5-min walk to the river, a 5-min walk to coffee shops, bars/brewery, shopping, a grocery store and sweets! We're also an 8-min drive downtown and centrally located, which means a 15-20 min drive to almost any area of town that you might want to visit!

Guest access
While you're here, you'll have access to the backyard with a firepit, pull up a chair and enjoy yourself! There's also street parking (always plenty of open spots) right next to our house.

Other things to note
You can rent this space out for photoshoots, meetings or events (through Peerspace). We also have an apartment that is part of the full house (but can be rented separately) that can sleep 2 people if you’re looking for something smaller! Check out our other listing!
