The space
IT DOESN'T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS!
Here at Orista Endless Summer Villa our beautiful 2300 sq. ft., 4-bedroom 4-bath handicap accessible holiday retreat in the Calabay Park Community. Central Air Conditioning and free WIFI in the entire villa. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
FOUR LARGE BEDROOMS
Starting with the large handicap accessible master bedroom downstairs, with a king-sized bed. Plenty of storage for your clothes with huge walk-in closet and dresser. Ceiling fan and huge master bath including a large soaker tub and huge barrier-free shower.
Also, downstairs are two additional themed kids' bedrooms, one is themed with MINIONS! And the other themed room is TOY STORY! Each with two twin sized beds, ceiling fans and both with private full bathrooms.
Upstairs a single large private bedroom getaway with king sized bed and full private bathroom.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need for that quick easy meal all the way to feeding the crew after a long day at the parks.
Living room has a large 55" screen TV. Choose from one of the huge selections of DVDs provided or find something to stream on any of the smart TVs in the villa.
AMAZING GAME ROOM
The garage has been converted into the Game Room with board games, slate top pool table, Popashot dual basketball, and tabletop arcade that has 1164 classic video games.
CHILDRENS ACCESSORIES
We have a highchair for use as well as a pack n play portable play pen(cot), stair gate, stroller is also available.
Washer and dryer so you can pack light, there's no need to return home with dirty clothes. We start you off with a few pods for your laundry, dishwasher, hand soap, and a couple trash bags. Extra laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and additional trash bags to be provided by guest. We supply the first roll of toilet paper in each bathroom to get you started.
PRIVATE POOL OASIS
Ready to spend some time in the pool? maybe the Spa? With the tropical garden behind the pool, it offers you total privacy and is a breathtaking oasis, especially at night. With the completely screened in pool/spa facing south you'll get plenty of bug free sunshine all day long. Enjoy some time out of the sun sipping cool beverages at the patio table under the spacious covered lanai area with ceiling fan.
!!! SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY!!!
For child safety, there is an alarm on the patio doors leading to the pool deck that will sound if the bypass button is not pressed before opening door.
EASY ACCESS TO AREA ATTRACTIONS
Restaurants, Pubs and shopping at Posner Parc 4mi (6km), Publix(groceries) .5mi (.80km), Walmart 6mi (9.6km), Disney 16mi (25.7km), Universal 25mi (40km), Orlando airport 34mi (54.7km), and over 10 golf courses within 30 min drive, how can you go wrong with the location!
Calabay Parc is a highly desirable quiet community just off route 27, 5 mins south of 192, and just a few miles from US4. Making it easy access to all major routes and convenient to all local supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants!
Choose to add spa, and/or pool heating for an additional charge of $15-35 per night depending on the time of year. Message us for more details.

**Even though we are a pet free home we do occasionally host guests with service dogs.**

The entire house along with huge private pool and spa is for guest use.
Other things to note
Pool and/or spa heat is optional and an additional $15-$35 USD per night. Depending on time of year. Please keep in mind that if heat is not added, the spa is just jetted bubbles. It would be billed through Airbnb. Pool heat is not necessary between June and August. Please inform us if you would like to add pool/spa heat.
Due to some guests not having notifications enabled for the Airbnb app, we also ask for all guests email for an additional communication channel and easier to read villa information. We do use texting to the phone number you provided after booking for messaging guests as a communication channel. We will Not sell your email to any third party. You may receive offers and updates for the villa.
The property also has 2 outside security cameras. One is facing the driveway/entry door to be sure of the appropriate number of guests. The second is facing the pool equipment/pool cage screen door area, not the pool deck and swimming area. This is to be sure no one tampers with the equipment or unauthorized people enters the pool cage.
Both these cameras are always on and recording audio and video. Your acceptance of our terms accepts these recordings. There are NO inside cameras.
