Quaint small private ground floor bedroom in beautiful historic 100+ year old home in the super convenient and central Hancock Park/ Larchmont Village neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The bedroom recently been redesigned with comfort, peace & quiet in mind. It features a double bed, desk with a chair, and a small closet. The private bath is located across a laundry room. There is coffee station, as well.

The space
We enjoy hosting a great deal and look forward to getting to know our guests. When you stay with us we will do our best to make you as comfortable as possible. We go the extra mile to make your stay a wonderful experience.
Our house is a beautiful historic home with well appointed rooms. This is a real home. We live and work out of the house. Weather permitting, our guests are more than welcome to enjoy our lovely garden. The neighborhood is one of the prettiest in Los Angeles, a wonderful area to go for leisurely walks and enjoy the tree lined streets. Our location is also central to many attractions such as Hollywood, Downtown and Beverly Hills, etc.

Guest access
If you are planning on renting a car, there is plenty of parking on our block. We will provide you with a guest parking permit.
You are also more than welcome to sit outside in our forest like back yard and enjoy the tranquility and shade.
Guests are welcome to enjoy take out meals in the kitchen or in our lovely garden. Cooking is not allowed.

During your stay
My husband and I work to some extent out of the house, therefore we are available to answer questions and be of assistance when needed. We are extremely familiar with all that Los Angeles has to offer, and are more than happy to share any information if you are interested.
Our home is large, bright, and cheerful. We have hosted numerous foreign students and have done our utmost to make everyone feel welcome.
We have a Standard Poodle (large dog) that has run of the house.
