Great Lake Tahoe vacation rental cabin in the heart of Agate Bay, pet friendly! Five bedrooms, three baths and sleeps 11 people in beds. There is a large kitchen, dining room, two living rooms and garage for storage of kayaks/paddleboards & bikes!
Agate Bay is a fantastic neighborhood conveniently located between Tahoe City and Kings Beach. Hiking/biking trails are not far away and there is a dog-friendly beach a few miles down the road.
In the summer time (from June 15 - Aug 31), this property has access to a private pool facility with sand volleyball court, spa and three tennis courts.

All guests can contact me directly at anytime. My office is adjacent to the pool facility... I am here if/when you need me.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
It is understood and agreed between all parties that the Renter and permitted occupants of the Rental Property will abide by the following terms and conditions, and that any breach thereof will, at the Owner's option, give the Owner the right to declare this Rental Agreement null and void, and said term ended, and the Owner shall have the right to re-enter the Rental Property and remove or have removed all persons therefrom, and in such event, Renter agrees to forfeit all payments made on account of this Rental Agreement and all remedies and rights they may possess hereunder:
(a) Guests: No other persons shall occupy the Rental Property at any time, except those registered in this Rental Agreement. Occupancy of the Rental Property is limited to 12 persons except for occasional daily visitors. Violation of occupancy limits can and will result in forfeiture of Renter security deposit.
(b) Noise: The Renter shall not make or permit any excessive, disturbing or annoying noise in or on the grounds of the Rental Property by himself, his family, agents, servants or visitors, nor permit such persons to do anything that will interfere with the rights, comforts, or conveniences of neighbors or other persons in the surrounding area. Placer County noise ordinance is between 10pm and 7am.
(c) Consumption of Alcohol: There shall be no consumption of alcoholic beverages in or on the grounds of the Rental Property by any minor under 21 years of age, and there shall be no congregation or drinking on the porches, steps, street or adjoining areas surrounding the Rental Property.
(d) Smoking (for nonsmoking premises): There shall be no smoking in or on the grounds of the Rental Property.
(e) Illegal Drugs: There shall be no use of any illegal drugs by any Renters, occupants or visitors in or on the grounds of the Rental Property.
(f) Pets: No pets of any sort are allowed in the Rental Property or on the premises at any time, including those belonging to visiting guests.
(g) Complaints: Any complaints to the Police Department concerning the behavior of the Renter, Renters family, other occupants, guests or visitors while occupying the Rental Property shall, at the Owners sole option, result in immediate termination of this Rental Agreement.
(h) Right of Access: The Owner or the Owners agent shall have the right but not the obligation to enter into the Rental Property and upon the premises at all reasonable hours for the purpose of inspection, but the Owner agrees not to exercise this right in such a way as to unreasonably interfere with the quiet enjoyment of the Renter.
(i) Trash: Trash bins are located in the bear box. Trash pick-up is on Monday. It is the Renters responsibility to ensure that the trash bin gets set out and returned to its proper location after trash collection.
(j) Parking: Keep all vehicles in driveway.
(k) Telephone Charges: Renter is responsible for payment of all long distance charges made from the telephone(s) on the Rental Property during the Rental Period. Local calls (within area code 530) are free.
(l) Damage to Rental Property and Contents: The Renter and all registered occupants of the Rental Property shall be liable for all damages caused during their occupancy. Cost of repairs and/or replacement shall be deductible from the security deposit and additional costs shall include attorney's fees and costs, if incurred in the collection.
(m) Renter Personal Property: The Renter will remove all personal property belonging to the Renter or other occupants at the end of the Rental Period. Any property that is left becomes the property of the Owner and may be thrown out. Any expenses incurred for removal of Renters property will be deducted from the security deposit.
(n) LIABILITY EXCLUSION: RENTERS SOLE REMEDY FOR OWNERS FAILURE TO MAKE THE RENTAL PROPERTY AVAILABLE FOR THE RENTAL PERIOD IS A REFUND OF THE FEES PAID. OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE TO ANY PERSONS OR PROPERTY. RENTER AND ALL OCCUPANTS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE OWNER FROM ANY LIABILITY AND COSTS ARISING FROM INJURY TO ANY OCCUPANT, THEIR CHILDREN AND GUESTS, UNLESS IT IS EXPRESSLY DUE TO THE ACT OF OWNER.
The cabin is very well located and nicely presented. The kitchen had everything we needed and was spacious. The description of the amenities was accurate. Sean was kind and accessible. We had a wonderful time there. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms and living area was well laid out for a large group. We had a great time!
Sean provided great instructions from the get go! We got to the cabin around 10 pm and the place was fully ready to go. We had a great time at the cabin and the kitchen was completely stocked as well. The whole feel of the house was very homey and inviting, an easy trip from start to finish! Sean answered all questions I had promptly!
Sean was very accommodating, accepting modification to our original reservations. He called the next morning after our check-in to make sure everything was OK, and he's reachable even on Xmas eve when we have a question about the trash compactor.
The property has a very rustic feel, all decor and furniture are of the log cabin feel. Some of the appliances are even the antique type, like the stereo, and work wonderfully (even better than their modern versions in this case). The house actually has 2.5 bath, with the 0.5 bath in the laundry area. Upstairs has a huge kitchen, dinning space, family room and a master suite, the bathroom of which can be shared without people walking through the bedroom.
This is very reasonably priced listing and we'll definitely be back when we visit the same area again!
We had a fantastic weekend at Harrington Cabin. The house was just as pictured, with plenty of space for our group. We made good use of the big kitchen and deck, and the BBQ.
The location of the cabin was convenient to both Kings Beach and Tahoe City.
We had a minor issue with the kitchen faucet, and Sean was there within 5 minutes to make it workable for us, which was great.
Communication was easy, prompt, and clear. I'd definitely stay here, or at another of Sean's properties in the future.
We stayed for a weekend here during the summer to get away from the city and enjoy some outdoor activities. This house was the perfect landing point for that trip--a huge kitchen and deck made it easy to cook and serve all 9 of us at once, and the bedrooms were great. In particular loved the upstairs living room--made for a great board game night when we first arrived!
