Mountain Hall was built in 1902 by John Rosborough and a neighbor as a music hall. Rosborough was professor of music for many years. People would gather for conversation and performances.
Updated for comfort and usability, Mountain Hall still retains its unique charm. It features one-of-a-kind lighting and furnishings. The great room is an astounding 40 X 20, two stories tall, and includes an enormous fireplace, large leather sectional sofa with full size pull out bed with 2" memory foam topper, a 10 person handmade wooden dining table and a loft with hand hewn log railing and small viewing deck. The 40 ft front porch has views toward Long's Peak, and lots of seating. Bedrooms are small but adequate. Bed 1 – king, Bed 2 – queen, bed 3 – twin, loft – 2 twins, living room – full sofa bed. One bath on the main floor. Second bath is in the basement with outside access. Charcoal grill. Three miles to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance.

We love families, and families love our place. The unique construction and 2 story great room make for great times and memories. Our son, Ben, provides firewood- just leave $5 per bundle used.

Feel free to use the hot tub, but turn the heat back down to around 90 when you get out, turn off the jets, and make sure the top is secured.
When you leave:
Leave used towels and washrags in tub.
Put trash in the dumpster.
Turn off all lights and turn down heat.
