Welcome to our cosy Studio! In the historical center of Cascais. Very close to the bay, marina, museums and the beach.

Completely renovated in a pleasant decorative style that invites you to relax, and stay comfortable, our Studio has a prime location in a quite area of this beautiful Village, in a walking distance to all Cascais attractions.

Its the perfect place for couples and baby friendly, to feel immediately on holidays and explore the Portuguese Riviera - Cascais – Estoril- Sintra.

The space
Our Studio has all the modern amenities that will allow you to enjoy a quiet stay. Its located in the historical center of Cascais. Strategic base to enjoy this beautiful Village and its beautiful surfing beaches, and also to enjoy and visit Estoril and Sintra, being at the same time near the cosmopolitan Lisbon city.

Is located in a small building of 3 floors. The Studio accommodates 2 people (if required in advance, may additionally accommodate a child's crib). Has a small practical kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom. In the living room you have space to stay and relax, with a comfortable double bed.

The apartment is equipped with:

You're in a residential building so please refrain from loud noises from 10:00 pm / 8:00 am.
Smoking is not allowed, and no pets. Parties are also not allowed.
We hope you treat the apartment with care. At the exit, the garbage should be left outside the building.

- 1 extra cleaning will be applied for stays longer than 15 nights. – free

1. Tourist Tax applied by the Cascais Municipality to guests staying overnight in the region, will be charged at Check-in:

The Studio is located in the historical part of Cascais, in a traditional and typical neighbourhood. If you want to visit Cascais, this is the area to be in. It is convenient located (walking distance) to practically everything in Cascais - the beach, the bike path along the sea coast, the park, restaurants, art district, marina, and the train and bus station.

In a 1/2 minutes walking distance you have restaurants, useful supermarkets and traditional commerce, cultural center, the closest beach (Praia dos pescadores) on the cascais bay, and the biggest park in cascais (Parque Marechal Carmona), where you can parking your car, with a daily fee, during your stay in Cascais.

Near the Studio, you will have at your disposal several leisure activities:
- Morning jogging by the coast and the sea, and several beaches to choose;
- Rent a bike (BICAS) for sightseeing along de coast until the amazing Guincho beach.
- Several beaches with sailing, paddle and surf activities;
- Visit the Sea museum and Paula Rego museum;
- Lunch or dinner in several fish restaurant;
